Dr. Vallecillos is the very best! It was time for my Botox and I came back of course to Dr. V! I have been his client for four years and I am very happy with all the injectable he did for me!
On addition he is very knowledgeable and patient when answering all my questions Dr. V is very personable and take his time to make sure his work is perfect… like an artist!!! I am planning in the near future to do some plastic surgery with Dr. Vallecillos. Thank you doctor for your expertise!!!

Dr. Vallecillos is a top tier plastic surgeon. I was really surprised how competitive his prices are for the amazing job he does, he could charge a lot more. He is knowledgable and patient when answering my questions. I will never be going to another plastic surgeon over him!

Dr. V performed my breast augmentation back in 4÷4÷14 he explained everything to me as far as what to expect during, before, and after my surgery. I didn’t know what to expect but I’m still satisfied with my results and have recommended to my sister. Once I need a revision I will go back to him for the procedure.

After having my baby, and lets just say, he ruined my god given perky breasts… my husband and I decided we would both like a new set, or so to speak…
I consulted with several different surgeons and what it came down to is that Dr Vallecillos really made me feel comfortable in understanding exactly what I wanted and his success rate is 100% which is so very important. I showed him some photos and he was surprised at the size I wanted for my body.
Not wanting to look like an idiot I valued his opinion and told him to just make me look like I did before the baby damage.
On the day of the surgery he asked me to tell his surgical nurse what I did not want, as I was very specific. They both agreed on a certain size and I went in.
After the surgery, he told me he tried the size they said they were going to do and that I would have been pissed because they were so huge that he went a lot smaller than initially planned.
Thankfully, he used his own vision of what I wanted according to my body and my results couldn’t be more perfect!
I have so many friends wanting to see Dr Vallecillos now it’s kind of funny. I am now referring my husband for a procedure and plan to do all my cosmetic procedures with him.

Dr. Vallecillos is simply amazing!!! I went to him because I wanted a little plump in my lips without looking like a duck face. I was extremely scared because I had done my lips before and I looked scary, but let me just say that he does NOT disappoint. I am very picky and I could easily say he is the best there is. This man knows what he is doing and he is oh so good at it! I drive from Orange County to Beverly Hills to see him bc I don’t trust anyone else with my face! Oh anddddd his staff is super friendly!!! They are bubbly cute girls that always make me feel comfortable. 10 stars for Dr. V and his staff=)

My trainer recommended I check out Dr. V and I’m glad I did. It was time for my Botox and Dr. V did my forehead and crows feet. I find that every Botox administrator has their own technique and some definitely suit me more than others. I don’t do the numbing cream usually and I didn’t feel a thing which is great considering that the forehead can be a bit ouchy; his technique is fabulous — easy to say it is the best technique I’ve experienced. It took about 3 days for the full results to set in; I find that differs by doctors too. Bruising? None! I am very happy with the results.
The location of the office is great– easy to find and public parking garage across the street with 2 hour free parking. When you enter the building’s outside atrium take a left and the office is right there.
The office team is very friendly. The practice manager, Joy, greeted me when I arrived. Dr. V is very personable and took his time.

I came to Dr. Vallecillos’ office for a consultation for my deviated septum (and for a little bit of rhinoplasty to go along with it hehe) — I was super impressed with the office! The front desk staff was so friendly and accommodating, for Beverly Hills it really shocked me to have a staff so nice.
Dr. Vallecillos was very detailed with explaining everything to me as far as what to expect during, before, and after my surgery, and made me feel comfortable and at ease. I could tell by my consultation that he knew what he was doing and was able to tell me exactly what was needed to improve my breathing. I have been to multiple offices for a consultation from top surgeons at Cedars Sinai, and other Beverly Hills locations so I can make the best decision, but I feel the most confident here. I cant wait for my surgery!!! I will definitely update with before and after pics! :)

I am writing this review, as I think it is important to express gratitude and compliment when necessary. This would be my second review for Dr. Vallecillos in a few years. I have been a patient of his for awhile, I was referred to him through Dr. Stephen Pincus, and I cannot say enough about his beautiful work. I had a breast augmentation it was a revision, and very difficult. I had been contempalting this revision for years but was too afraid. However after much time I went forward with it… I am never looking back. I can’t even believe the result I achieved, it was more, and so much better than I could have ever imagined. I am so grateful for Dr. Vallecillos and his wonderful staff. From the first time I entered his office and each time thereafter, I have felt comfortable and have been handled with such respect and care always.

Dr. Vallecillos performed an arm lift, breast augmentation and tummy tuck in January and I couldn’t be happier with the results. After losing over 125 lbs. I was left with excessive skin working out could no longer help. I am so ecstatic from the consultation I immediately knew he was my surgeon. I trusted him in the first minutes of meeting him. You won’t go wrong with choosing Dr. V.

I was referred to Dr V by a friend that had the same procedure I was looking for. I called up and got a surgical consultation within a couple weeks and was told the surgery could be scheduled for a week and a half later. Dr V made me feel so comfortable as he explained to me all the different options of implants and surgical procedures. We talked about the best size and shape for me and he showed me how safe and durable the implants would be, and all the risks and possible complications that could arise from the surgery. After an hour consultation, I knew that the procedure we discussed was going to be the best fit for me and that i was definitely making the right decision.
The day of surgery, Dr V met up with me before hand, calmed down all my nerves and took away all of my fears of surgery. The surgical team was amazing and before I knew it I was awake and moving around after surgery. A few hours later I was feeling so great I was posting on Facebook and texting people telling them how smoothly things went and how relatively pain free I was. I went back the next day to remove my bandages, and I got to see the results of surgery, and I was thouroghly impressed, my breasts were the perfect size and shape, and I just felt so incredible looking in the mirror. I came back for regular rechecks at 1, 2, 4 and 6 weeks, and by two weeks post op I was feeling so good I wanted to return to my normal active lifestyle, and after 4 weeks I was so well healed that I was able to resume my ballet classes, and after 6 weeks, I was given the clearance to participate in any activity I chose, even working out again
My breasts look so amazing, and all that know I had the procedure have complimented me on their perfect size, and absolute natural appearance. Everyone is so surprised at how quickly and easily I recovered, Dr V is an incredible surgeon, a great human being and a very detail oriented doctor. Throughout my entire recovery I was just a phone call away from them for any concerns and questions. I cannot be any happier about the results and the whole healing process, it was so much easier than i expected. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr V, he will certainly be my only option for any future procedures and I will highly recommend him to all my friends. Thank you so much Dr Vallecillos !!!

I first learned of him in the new issue of «New Beauty.»
He is featured as one of their experts. After deciding to check him out, I learned that 2 of my girlfriend’s from different circles had surgeries by him. They sang his praises, and that was the confirmation that I needed. I went to his office in Beverly Hills and was greeted by his friendly staff and clean office. I wasn’t expecting him to be so down to earth, he made me feel extremely comfortable.
I’m not gonna give my secret away, BUT… I will say this, everyone has been commenting on my skin. I am so happy with my results and will definitely be going back!

Dr. V is fantastic! After two kids my stretch marks and sagging tummy skin were unsightly. Dr. V. performed a tummy tuck and I couldn’t be happier! I can already tell the incision will fade nicely, and I will be in a bikini for the first time in 7 years this summer! Dr. V was kind, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing, which put me right at ease. He told me exactly what to expect, and followed up with me regularly to make sure I’m recovering well. I would highly recommend Dr V. to anyone — especially a cosmetic surgery newbie like myself!

Dr V is a true master of his own craft. Dr V has been with me every step of the way during my latest recovery. That is a lot to say considering that fact that I am an anxiety ridden hypochondriac. I have minimal scaring on my breast augmentation and lift. In fact, a friend of mine at work saw my breasts and remarked how amazing it looked at only 2 months post op. My incisions are clean and barely there. My follow up care has been phenomenal. I’ve seen Dr V on appointments that fit my schedule. He saw me the day after surgery, 1 week after, 2 weeks after, 4 weeks after and 2 months after. I have another appointment to see him at 3 months after as well. For me this is important because I want to make sure that every stage of my healing can be monitored to ensure no complications go ignored. Any time I have had even the slightest of a concern Shegell and Star have been able to help me within minutes.
Healing from my lipo both times was like a walk in the park compared to everything else I did. However, even with something that was not as traumatic to my body, Dr V and his staff were still there to help me every step of the way. One of the best things that Dr V ever did for me was before lipo made sure to explain to me that this wasn’t a weight loss surgery. He helped me with diet and exercise and held me accountable for my eating habits. He gave me the tools I needed to succeed at a lifestyle change to accommodate the look I wanted to achieve.
Regarding pricing; in my personal opinion I would rather pay more and know I am getting amazing results then pay less and have to pay for revisions later. It’s as simple as, you get what you pay for.
I have recommended Dr V to all of my friends and coworkers and I will still continue to in the future. I love him so much I literally have a stack of his cards in my purse so I can hand them out. This pretty much happens anytime anyone finds out my breasts are augmented… they can never believe it.

Dr. Vallecillos is an amazing surgeon as well as person to work with. We met a few times before surgery and he did exactly what I asked. Dr. Vallecillos came highly recommended to me and I couldn’t be happier that he is the surgeon I chose. I am thirty years old and had never had any cosmetic surgery prior to meeting him. I just had a chin implant put in as well as minor lipo in the neck area. The results are amazing! I am so happy I went to him. I would recommend Dr. Vallecillos to anyone for all cosmetic needs. If I have any work done in the future, he is the only person I will ever be going to!

Lets start with the Bright side: Dr. V isnt likely to make the mistake he made on me on anyone else again! For all of 2013-​i had only one breast because of Dr. V. I bet you cant even imagine what it would be like??!
Read my other reviews, I am totally fair. IE. even when I criticize a business, i talk straight relative to what they are good at providing or servicing. I totally love Unilocal and respect the feedback loop.
After paying 30.450 and being scammed out of at least, $ 10,000 in unperformed surgical fees alone, for a procedure never done ! (I.e. Instead of the mid-​face lift, Dr. V substituted filler). Then he tried to cover this up by changing the procedure to something else in my file, a file I had photocopied months earlier.
On 10÷3÷12, Dr. V both removed too much scar and breast tissue from the capsular pocket. Dr. V never mentioned the possibility of needing to add Allo-​Derm or preserving more of my original pocket. Every reconstructive surgeon i have consulted with since then told me, «was a no-​brainer» and «something any experiences skilled surgeon doing a BECI with an implant that big should have discussed with me or at least considered himself prior to surgery». Because this doctor failed to preserve enough supporting tissue MY IMPLANT FELL OUT OF MY SKIN, LITERALly! On 1÷7÷2013. when he performed an «aspiration» procedure, injecting antibiotics into the open wound. During this procedure, he tore THE EXPOSED IMPLANT case completely across its edge. As a result, not only was the implant coming out of my skin as was originally the problem, the bag’s contents, (silicone gel strands) were now dropping out of my body. I could no longer wait with two asymmetrical (intact)breasts and swap out the implant later. Dr V. left me extremely scarred and horribly disfigured with one huge left breast and nothing but a dark raised scar where my right breast use to be. Once he made this mistake he dropped me as a patient and walked away, telling me to «sue him».. I have since seen more than ten of the US’ best reconstructive specialists, and spent 45,000 and MOST OF 2013 with only one breast and going to bi-​monthly reconstructive appointments in order to fix Dr. V’s horrible work.
I was very popular during my post Dr. V slaughter; I would go into reconstructive surgery consultations and pull out the photos of an implant sticking completely out of my skin. The doctor’s would call their staffs into my consult room to check them out. In fact, I recently gave a B. H surgeon permission to write it up and present it as a «what not to do «case for his textbook.
When I first had my right breast completely chopped off, I was obviously shocked, depressed and in disbelief. When I spoke to Dr. V about the bad result he REMARKABLY said, «well, at least I didn’t give you leukemia!» He also criticized me for choosing too big an implant. Dr. V cashed the 34,050 check knowing full well what size we were going to use, never mentioning that I might need to save part of my own capsule or have tissue transplantation HE ALSO NEVER mentioned refunding my money for the unperformed procedure.
In late 2013, Dr. v started working fora Spanish-​language surgery mill. That Dr. V could butcher anyone like this and then just put it out of in his mind, speaks to his complete lack of empathy for patients. His 5-​star reviews u see on Unilocal are written by his social friends.
Needless to say, there is a lot going on here besides my case and this one office. I am not a bitter employee or crazy former friend. Message me! This is someone who is so over-​extended, it’s dangerous. Medicine is one of the most regulated fields in the US; I don’t understand a practice like this that has at most one full– time employee to handle all this work in six-​eight different offices. I have NEVER, filed a lawsuit in my life. Dr. V is and was participating in various surgery mills and clinics, operating around the clock, without enough time for the provision of post-​op care. It was really horrifying to me, a long term friend and real fan.

Message me, read my other reviews, and even call me. I am a cool person. It is only because I have known Dr. V and his parents for 20 years that I eventually decided to just walk away, failing to contact the CA Health Dept, the BBB, and proceed against him in court.
Take the time and find a less-​rushed thorough surgeon, one with years of practice in the kind of surgery you are looking to have, (especially. if you are looking for a revision). When a doctor is spread this thin-​there is no way he can attend to all those patients, no matter how much he might care. It makes me very sad to write this review explaining this completely true, sad and unethical and illegal to the max practice.
Just go in the office, and see how rushed, disorganized and harried everything is. Ask how many days a week he is in each of the 5 – 8 offices and then do the math.

Honest and straight-​forward. He is not trying to sell you something you do not want. Staff is professional.

I have been seeing Dr Vallecillos for about a year now. I started with Laser treatments on my face. Within 3 treatments, my skin was dramatically better. He also educated me on what good skin care is all about, and how to maintain my results. It’s been a while since I’ve done any facial treatments because my whole regimen changed. Over the months, I built a trust with both Dr. Vallecillos and his staff, that when I consulted with him about my breast augmentation, I knew that I would want to have Dr V do my procedure. I felt like I was heard and the results were exactly what I asked for. Most doctors make executive decisions while your under, and you come out with what THEY want, not what you want. He is extremely professional, and his attention to detail is priceless. He’s a doctor that cares, that is honest, and will help you achieve the results you want.

«Dr. V came highly recommended and I had seen him on a television program once. I never really considered any facial procedures, then my face started falling and I had terrible brown spots. I decided to make an appointment with Dr. V and he examined me, discussed potential procedures and we agreed on three, IPL for the brown spots, botox and some juvederm to lift my face. So far, he has done one course of IPL, botox on my forehead and juvederm around my face. I couldn’t believe friends and co-​workers reactions to the fantastic results I received. I had so many compliments on how good I looked that I began to wonder why I waited so long to do it in the first place.
