He is a lovely, attentive man who really listens to what you want and can give you results beyond your wildest dreams. I was scared before my procedure and the decision to go ahead but his staff, Bonnie especially, were caring and kind and Joan, his nurse and his anesthesiologist were the most competent and warm people I have met. I am thrilled with my results and would recommend Dr. Fisher to anyone who wants the best possible result and is willing to pay top dollar for it. In surgery, you truly get what you pay for – don’t bargain shop, go to the best. You won’t regret it.

I go to Judy for Botox and fillers and she is absolutely the sweetest and skilled person. I am not timid and always trust her with all her honest opinions. I have told tons of people about her and they are all thrilled

Dr Fisher used flat silicone breast implants on me with no projection what so ever so the result after surgery were wide flat breasts. He then instructed me to NOT massage so after some months passed I ended up getting capsular contracture on the right breast. I had a capselectomy with him which lowered my right implant ALOT and made it completely flat again while the left breast was about 3 inches higher. On top of ending up with deformed breasts the implants were touching in the middle giving me that uniboob thing. Every time I would visit him he would say «just wait» and «don’t massage». I can’t live with deformed breasts! After 2 years of manic depression and not going naked in front of my boyfriend, I found another surgeon who redid my ridiculous looking impants and gave me a stunning set of boobs (at half the price none the less!). I just want to warn other women to do more research when it comes to the silicone breast implants, you definitely don’t want flat implants to be put in, I certainly did not… Plus all the other issues I got along with them.

Dr. Fisher is not only a great person and friend, hes the best plastic surgeon of all time. He truly wants the best for each of his patients, he takes so much time to listen to your needs and has the best bedside manner you could ever imagine. We exhaustively researched, called and met with Doctors to pick the very best for my wife’s surgery. But here’s where we were foolish — and so lucky to have chosen Dr. Fisher in the end. We concentrated on things we could understand: implant size, shape, texture; likelihood /​track record for capsular contracture; where the incision was made.
A great plastic surgeon is like Michelangelo. It’s not the marble they use or the quarry they buy it from, it’s a magical combination of vision, aesthetics, ability to create in the patient the beauty they see in their mind’s eye and the technical mastery to do it with the fewest, smallest, cleanest incisions so pain in minimal and healing is remarkably fast.
Every day my wife feels better about herself and so thrilled with the results. All her clothes fit perfectly, new ones and, luckily for her husband, her rather packed closet of old ones. Her proportions are ideal: front to back, side to side. Everything is elegantly balanced and beautiful. She looks at herself in the mirror, smiles and glows. I do too.
The only negative is my wife says over and over, if I’d known it would hurt so little, heal so quickly and look so good, I would have done this years ago.

As I always say talent is not everything, it is the only thing. I had a procedure done by Dr. Garth Fisher. After my surgery I did not even take one pain medicine. Walking into Dr. Fishers office, was the single best decision I have ever made. I have never been so happy! What a difference he made in my life, with a simple rhinoplasty.
I consulted with every top doctor in Beverly Hills. I took my time. I never felt comfortable with any of them, but when I met Dr. Fisher, I just knew I found my doctor. He is simply the best. I had waited until now to go through with my rhinoplasty simply because of the fear of not loving my result. Dr. Fisher went above and beyond my expectations. I had no idea it was possible to have such a perfect result. Looking in the mirror for the first time after surgery, was the most incredible feeling! I was shocked. I have so many friends who have fear to take that plunge, to go after their dreams because of fear of a botched surgery, or a result they aren’t satisfied with. A few doctors I consulted with had mentioned their opinions on their competition in town. Anyway, Drs names I won’t mention, had this to say about Dr Fisher… ‘He’s known for his TV show and famous ex wife… He’s like a designer bag, you pay more for the same result…’ I found this funny and unprofessional. Could they be a little intimidated?
People like me will forever be living proof of his talent, making him known by word of mouth alone!
I mention this because we all wonder if certain things are only hype. Dr. Fisher is pure skill and talent.
I cannot thank Dr. Fisher enough and I don’t feel any words could describe how satisfied and happy I am!

Post consult with the doctor, I was treated with Garth’s Ultherapy machine and laser combination for skin rejuvenation and muscular detox.
I was treated twice with his machine: first for the face and next for the neck. This was about 10 months ago.
As a result, I am experiencing deep muscle detox/​tightening/​cleansing for cleaner nicer skin appearance.

The staff welcomed me with genuine smiles and made me feel like a princess! My procedure is not complex and in and out but I look forward to my visits and know that each time I will be welcome there:)!

I have had a breast augmentation with Dr. Fisher in November of 2010. After going to numerous free consultations with other surgeons that I was not at all pleased with. I decided to pay the $ 500 consultation fee with Dr. Fisher (which is applied to the surgery costs) you must email profile pictures as a pre screening in order to be seen. From the moment I walked in his office I had a great feeling about choosing him. I am a model and topless entertainer so having perfect boobs is extremely important to me. Also all the botched jobs I have seen over the years on other women completely scared me to base anything on «price». Like most things regarding quality– you get what u pay for. Garth Fisher WILL NOT do any surgery if he doesn’t feel it will come out the way intended. In my opinion he is the BEST breast augmentation surgeon out there! I am beyond happy and pleased with his work. A lot of people have seen me topless and always think they are all natural. I always get complements on my boob job and have referred many of my friends to him. He is pricy but save up, because it is totally worth it! I also just had a baby 2 months ago and breast feeding has been beyond perfect with no problems. That was not a concern in 2010 but who would have known I would get pregnant 3 years later and have that be something I am grateful to provide for my baby. I also have had juvederm done in my lips with Jodie a few times. She is also awesome. I would highly recommend them for your beauty needs! I am a happy happy customer :)

Dr. Fisher is professional, personable, caring, and hands down… the best at what he does. I found the office to be a pleasure, the staff to be extremely friendly, and my consult very thorough. Yes, you do wait a little (it’s called a waiting room right?) but that it very standard when visiting a top doctor. I would highly recommend to my friends and family.

I just received a gift certificate for services at his office.
I really don’t want to go. I had a consultation with him about 12 years ago in my early fiftys for a face lift.
He was so rude and unkind. He took a pencil and eraser side pushed up the skin on my face and said there is so much to lift. It is so untrue. I am now sixty six, opted not to have surgery and look great for my age. He also said my nose was too masculine and need to be made more feminine. I have had plastic surgeons like Raj Kanodia tell me my nose was great and shouldn’t be touched
When he was finished he sent me to the financial office and she told me it would be $ 29,000. Are you kidding. All I wanted was a little lift for the little bit of neck loosening.
My daughter went to him for a breast augmentation consult. She felt the same way about his attitude and went some place else to have it done

Dr. Fisher is an amazing surgeon with a friendly and talented staff! I was referred to him by another happy customer and he did my breast augmentation. I was extremely happy with the results and have sent many of my friends to him as a result. Yes, he’s expensive, but when it comes to altering your body do you really want to be cheap? No. If you want generic and fake looking cosmetic surgery then he’s not the guy for you. Dr Fisher is tasteful and takes pride in doing the very best work that he can do. Essentially, all of his customers are walking advertisements so why would he want to do anything less than the best? I am also a huge fan of the bio med spa and his skin care line (cell Ceuticals). I have gotten facials at the spa and my friend received a lip injection. My friend was very worried about her lip looking fake and the staff did a great job at giving her just what she wanted.
The reason I am giving him 4 stars is because I would like to see him spend a bit more time with his patients during consultations.

Not a plastic surgeon I’d recommend to anyone especially now that his pricing is three times higher than his original fees. I use to love his nurse Tina for injectables. Garth is more legendary or well-​branded, than really– skilled. If your looking for breasts and want really large ones I would go to Pousti in San Diego and I can guarantee he’ll do a better job. For other things I’d try my angels: Dr. Baxter in Seattle, or Stephen Teitelbaum or Grant Stevens (both are exceptionally skilled and in L.A.) Teitelbaum is definitely my L.A. favorite, but you have to want a conservative outcome AND NOT A Super –large size because he wont agree to it for any price. I had Fisher do a breast augmentation for me in 2000, and the result was average or average +!
I recently called Dr. Fisher’s office manager, Bonnie, to schedule a new consult and found that his fees had increased tremendously –ie. $ 500 consult fee and 25k for breast revision.
I’m not at all a fan of bargain surgery or going to low– cost plastic surgeon’s, just for the pricing. You generally get what you pay for in this World. Still, I am not sure why anyone would go to Dr. F for surgery given his outrageous out– of– market pricing. The only way I can imagine someone choosing Dr. F as their surgeon, is if they didn’t speak English or understand the exchange rate of a dollar, weren’t very informed ABOUT AESTHETICS AND PLASTIC SURGEON’S available, other than info from name –droppers, or they ARE THE TYPE of people who buy things from expensive stores, and leave the tags on for others to see.
While I am a huge fan of his amazingly-​ridiculously– stunning wife, Jessica Conseco-​Fisher, who is easily one of the top five most beautiful women on Earth, sadly, I am not a fan of Garth’s.
