I completely disagree with the other reviewer. I have seen various therapist over the years and find Dr. Gandin to be professional and, most of all, very effective. I really appreciate his demeanor and objectivity when it comes to my treatment. Compared to other psychiatrists — i.e. MD’s who can prescribe medicine — he is not expensive for Los Angeles. Lastly re: the parking comment — there are both the meter lots north of Little Santa Monica and the free 2 hr parking lot on Bedford and I rarely have an issue parking. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Gandin to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr. GANDIN for almost 4 years. There have been a few times when he has dropped the ball concerning my treatment. He is expensive (150 $) and parking is difficult. I needed his help trying to get a treatment through my insurance and he didn’t even call them back! He is not affiliated with a hospital and just prescribes medicine. I don’t trust him and am now forced to find a new psychiatrist.
