all those promises. after spending 10k. still a TINY almost nothing improvement. No one will talk sensibly once you paid off. you cant get hold of anyone. No follow up calls. They dont care. They want your money thats just it. Office is close Sat and Sun.

I gave a bottle of the Flawless Serum for my mom’s 82^nd birthday.
She loves it. She says it smooths out her skin instantly. It’s really really good she says.
She’s used tons of skin products but has never found anything that works as well for smoothing out skin as the Flawless Serum does.

in addressing my issues. In all fairness, his business has exploded and he is doing his very best to provide his phenomenal artistry to all. however, he is inundated with curiosity seekers and those wanting free consultations who are not serious. They

Is all about! My words not his! He arranged for me to come in immediately and provided me with generous benefits for all the upset I was put through. His staff was so kind and caring as soon as I walked through the door and the lovely nurse that came in my exam room was cute and funny! I felt so at home.
Then the doctor came in with his unfailing
charm and clarity. He explained how they are doing their best to take care of existing and new patients. I arrived for a 10 appt and at least 6 other pretty young patients
arrived at that time. I have never experienced seeing that many people for one time slot. It is clear the younger crowd is flocking to him now, due to his Kardashian following. He made my awful
experience right with no hesitation!
I am relaxed and relieved to be back in his beautifully caring hands!
Brown spots and a smooth décolletage will be gone from summer damage very soon!

I have been using Sonic Brush (ClearTouch Matrix Sonic Cleansing Brush) set from Epione for about a month now. I received it as a gift after attending Unilocal’s Modern Mingling event, along with Epione cleansing serum. I have to say I am a fan of the Sonic Brush. It comes with several brushes, including a larger body brush. It really leaves my skin super soft… and my face feels well cleansed. You can use it with any cleanser, I used mine with the Epione cleanser in the beginning, but the smell was just a tad too strong for me, so now I use it with my regular face cleanser. I know there are a lot of face cleansing brush options out there. I have used a battery operated one, as well as a manual brush before, but some have irritated my face no matter how soft the bristle. I have super sensitive face, and so far the Sonic Brush has been really good for my skin. Thank you Dr. Ourian for the gift!

I have been trying the Flawless Serum for about 2 weeks now. I love the silkiness of the product. Just the tiniest bit goes a long way. Since using the product my skin seems much softer and has more of a glow. Fine lines seem to decreased a bit, but I just look more healthy. People have been complimenting my skin and that is must mean it’s working.

This review is for the Epione ClearTouch Matrix Sonic Cleansing Brush that I received as a gift at a Unilocal event. I was ectastic to try this product because I’ve been meaning to get a cleansing brush but just didn’t know which one to purchase. What I love about this product is that it has 4 attachments: two for the face, one for the body and even a pumice attachment for the feet. I’ll admit that the heels of my feet are kind of rough and cracked but after using the product, they’re much softer! I highly recommend this product — would be a good investment :)

I received my complimentary Epione ClearTouch via a Unilocal event I attended, and I was more than impressed when I opened the package. This is a sleek soft design to fit perfectly in your hands, it has 4 different attachments, and it’s water proof. They have the big brush for body, small brush for face, small sponge for face and neck, and pumice for your feet. The bristles are so incredibly soft, I will be ordering their cleanser to try out my new brush. It is definitely softer than the ones they use at the spa for facials. I have been wanting a spin facial brush for awhile now, so big thanks to Dr. Simon and his team.

I have been to Dr. Ourians’ office 2 times (first for some fillers and then last week for the coolaser treatment. The office is very nice and beautiful. Both times I had a good experience with the consultant Raya. She was very nice and informative.
Another thing, they called several times to confirm my coolaser treatment but never informed me not to have any makeup when I go in. It would be nice to know what to expect.
The second time I went for the coolaser I was kind of rushed by the girl that had me sign consents and put the cream on my face before the coolaser. She was trying to run thru things like its a $ 10 treatment. When you pay $ 5000 for a treatment you need to ask questions and expect to get the answers on a timely manner not just rush thru it. I think her name started with a «C». She just tried to push the creams on me which was another $ 600.00.
I was never offered anything to drink like some of the reviews claim but thats k i guess they do it to people they like more I guess. Also, I was never told that they validate the valet cause I have had to pay each time.
As far as Dr. Ourian, both times I had a very good experience with him. He knows what he is doing and is very professional.
Its been a week for my coolaser so Im waiting patiently to see any difference in my face. I really don’t see a difference maybe just a little lighter than before.
I called after a few days and spoke to Christina cause I was never told if I was going to peel or what to expect.
Started to use the creams last night so will see if that will make a difference. I personally think that 1 treatment of the coolaser is not going to make much difference and will need a few more:($ 2700 more each time:(.
I would go back just for the Dr’s experience.

I’ve carefully watched and waited for the right place to go for procedures. I’ve reviewed several. It wasn’t until I saw Dr. Ourian on Youtube and TV that I knew this is where I needed to go. And my intuition was spot on. Epione’s entire staff are caring and compassionate. Dr. Ourian is brilliant. I am in excellent hands.
What they may or may not know are how many lives they touch by helping someone who say has had a rough road for several years, feel a bit better about herself when she looks in the mirror. Instead of seeing the pain of the past reflected in her face, she sees her inner beauty coming forth! PRICELESS HEALING! Many Thanks!

EBH was able to squeeze us in last minute (3 girls) and treated us like royalty! Shortbread, tea, scones, chocolate — all complimentary. We waited a little bit longer than we should have for the doc to finally come see us, but with all of the treats — we didn’t really mind. Also, we received a free cleansing brush (similar to a Clairisonic) as first time patients. Highly recommend this place (especially if you can get a Unilocal deal). Thanks for everything, EBH!

I have been meaning to write this review for a couple of months now — I love EBH! Dr. Ourian is incredibly caring and compassionate and made me feel right at home, as did the rest of the staff. The reception area is like a high-​end hotel, and they serve tea and cookies while you wait.
The selection of services is great, and my laser hair removal was quick and almost completely painless. The whole experience is discreet, luxurious and I walked out feeling like a million bucks!
It doesn’t stop there: Dr. Ourian cares about each of his patients to reach out personally to make sure they have had a great experience. A wonderful touch. Will be back!

Thanks to Unilocal elite, I was introduced to Epione through an amazing private event a couple months ago and I love it. Not only is it clean, relaxing and well kept but very professional and offers a variety of treatments including Restylane, Botox and laser (plus more)!
This was my first time getting Botox but Dr. Ourian and his team made me feel very comfortable and explained to me the benefits of preventive Botox. He also took time to carefully explain all the after care and made me feel comfortable to stay and rest until I felt like I was ready to leave. After this experience I realized that Botox is one of those things you might not think you need but after you try it once, it kind of changes your life. My forehead and frown lines were much more smooth and firm and I saw a visible difference for up to 3 months after my treatment! Very impressive. I’m looking forward to future Botox experiences since I now know first hand how amazing that little vial of stuff is.
Dr. Ourian and his team are always accommodating, knowledgeable and very kind. I would recommend EBH to anyone looking for top notch service and a convenient location in Beverly Hills.

Quick update ! And of course, still 5 stars.
I came in a couple of weeks ago for a consultation with the fabulous doctor Ourian. I was interested in Nutherapy. As I waited for Dr Fabulous to come in, there was a knock on my room door.
Me: come in!
Cute girl with a cart full of goodies: Hello Miss! Would you like some more tea? A glass of champagne? Water? Would you like a cookie or a… etc, etc…
I love it here. I’d like to move in.
The gals always walk me out whether I’m leaving out the front door, or the back door where my car is valeted.
Fast forward to 8 days later (last Wednesday.)
Rana performed the Ultherapy on me. We chatted about what we’re cooking for Christmas. She’s like everyone else here. Lovely.
I just received a sweet card from her in the mail. Just part of their sincerity and professionalism.
I’ll update in March when the full results from the Nutherapy are expected!

Dr. Ourian and his staff is welcoming and very helpful with questions or concerns you have. EBH Spa and Wellness looks new and is meticulously cleaned. The décor is elegant and simple. It doesn’t feel like a doctor’s office in all honesty. I was a bit reluctant in coming here because I get nervous going to doctor’s offices and I wasn’t sure what kind of results I would see. I was very impressed by the level of service and follow up they do. I’ve never heard about EBH until I was invited to a Unilocal Elite event to mingle and learn about the treatments they provide. We were all treated with sushi and drinks and at the end of the night we received a generous gift certificate to try out their service. A few weeks afterwards, I had scheduled and came in try out one of their services. It was easy making an appointment by phone and they email you back a day or two before your appointment as a reminder.
What made this place impressive to me was the level of attention and support you got from the staff and Dr. Ourian. I had scheduled a laser hair removal treatment and lip plumping. Frances, the laser hair removal specialist, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the laser being used. It did sting at first but the cooling laser wasn’t too bad after awhile and there wasn’t any downtime associated with the procedure. Think of the pain as a mild sunburn. Dr. Ourian administered the collagen injections on my lip and that was slightly painful but lidocaine helped a lot. The procedure felt like pricks on the outer sides of your lips. He was very professional and made sure I was ok before leaving EBH. Another awesome thing they did was deliver a fancy tray to you before your treatment if you didn’t get a chance to have any of the cookies/​champagne at the front.
They also followed up on my Unilocal comment when I wrote a tip about valet parking. I guess the front desk didn’t validate my parking and the office saw my comment about $ 5 valet and reimbursed me which was very nice of them. Definitely check this place out!

I was very impressed with how well Epione took care of it’s customers. All I did was get a simple laser hair removal and had over 5 staff members (including Dr. Ourian) take me through the whole process. Someone even called me after the process to check up on how I was doing.
I was completely new to laser hair removal but after this experience I can finally stop plucking/​epillating or whatever painful thing a girl could possibly do.
The super clean and elegant interior of Epione also makes the experience worthwhile. There’s normally valet, but I went in during an early afternoon and found accessible parking in the back.
Afterwards, you can treat yourself to some Sprinkles cupcakes across the street!

If EBH Spa & Wellness isn’t the crème de le crème of Med Spas, I’d never turn down the opportunity to see who is but this place is Exceptional!
The staff here are excellent, caring, accommodating and friendly. They make you feel right at home and their client communication is top notch. Booking appointments is a breeze, before and after correspondence is amazing. Nothing falls through the cracks here.
I’d highly recommend them and this review isn’t influenced by the cart they roll into your room filled with green tea (my choice) and sweets ;) although, we all know I LOVE sweets!
The gals here aren’t just pretty faces, they really are nothing short of fabulous! And Dr. Ourian is great! Check out my review for him, under his own page.

The doctor and his staff are just amazing. Everything is first class but still comfortable.
While I was «icing» and waiting for my treatment (and I won’t tell you what I had done because a lady doesn’t necessarily disclose such things), a lovely woman came in with a tea tray loaded with scones, tea, coffee and champagne! How nice is that?!
I am thrilled with my results and their follow-​up is a model for all businesses to study.
When you add in that there is an hour of free parking available in the Beverly Hills garage right next door, this place just simply cannot be beat. Highly recommend!

I had no idea I could be this ridiculously good looking in my advanced years — thanks in no small part to this great office and doc.
OK, it might not be quite «ridiculous»…yet. But there is hope on the horizon.
I have had two separate non-​invasive treatments at this office, which really doesn’t feel like an office as much as it feels like a spa in a five star hotel. — I mean, it is Beverly Hills — But the really awesome part was that the staff and the doctor didn’t come across as one might expect from a doc with a 90 210 zip. He is very down to earth and really spent time talking to my broke ass in my middle America attire. The staff was just as kind and caring. I felt welcomed the minute I walked in the door.
As far as the procedures, he took time explaining them to me and making me feel very comfortable. I suppose if he was trying to run a mill, he could just plug those fillers and needles in, push the plunger and show you the door. Instead he explained what he was doing and took his time. Great bedside manner. I was a nervous wreck when I walked in and now I’m in love.
I will definitely come back here. It is a small wonder why he has become so beloved by those who really can afford to choose only the very best.

One of the best spas I have been too! Upon entering, you are greeted by a friendly receptionist who checks you in. The wait time is very minimal, but enough to try some complimentary hot cider, chocolates, and cookies.
Once I was called in, I had to wait a little for the doctor to come, but a nice lady wheeled in a cart with more goodies. She poured some hot tea and I got to try their delicious macarons!
The consult with Dr. Ourian was for Botox in the jaw for my night time teeth clenching. Dr. Ourian was very knowledgable and fully informed me of what I could expect with the procedure and that there would be minimal, if any, side effects.
I decided to get the Botox done, filled out some paperwork, and waited to be injected. Dr. Ourian was quick and used pediatric needles, which made the procedure almost painless and I did not experience any discomfort. I iced the area before and after and did not experience any discomfort afterwards.
After the procedure, Dr. Ourian and his staff sent many follow-​up emails to make sure I was doing ok and to see if I liked the results.
Pro: Dr. Ourian is very quick with responding to emails! On a Sunday night he was quick to respond to an issue I was having (didn’t end up being related to the Botox though) and even continued to follow up with for the next couple weeks.
You can easily tell that Dr. Ourian cares a lot about his clients, and he provides excellent customer service. I got a 5 star experience during each of my visits!

I’ve now been back a multitude of times for services and every time everything is top notch. The staff couldn’t be more friendly and ensure you have everything you need. The Valet parking guy is a doll. I love the follow up emails and the text reminders about appointments so helpful. You almost wish you waited longer in the waiting room with all the goodies out there… LOL.
I am a firm believer in maintenance — body, mind and soul and Epione takes care of the body part… LOL. The last time I went in I had Juvederm for my cheeks. Just a little to lift and tighten. Really made a huge difference. The best part is no one (except the zillion people reading this review — haha!) knew I had it done. They just think I look great or lost weight or «something». That is the beauty of doing things early on — preventative maintenance!
I really want to try the Cool Laser for eyes, but need to work the whole process into my schedule. Dr. Ourian will explain all the options and help you plan for whatever you choose. Never any pressure. You’ll feel at home.
