My favorite jewelry. Quality beautiful unique. I went there to have the repair my bracelet. They took care o it a no charge. Great customer service.

It is always a good day when I get to visit this store. Everybody is friendly and always helpful. Our usual Associate, Sam R., is phenomenal. He has always bent backwards to get us what we want.

I have been to a lot of David Yurmans in LA and in Vegas but I have never purchased something my own until Christmas time. This is by far the best store in selection and most helpful staff. Sam was the men’s specialist that helped me right away. I showed him what I wanted and he picked out the bracelet right away. We were having trouble finding the ring I wanted in the correct size so he pulled out everything similar. He showed me the most perfect ring in the correct size. It was better than the one that I came in looking for. I said I’ll take it and was finished with my Christmas shopping! I have never left the store a VERY happy customer and danced in my car all the way home!

Gorgeous and amazing jewelry. Susan has helped us with a couple of purchases and each time it’s like talking to a friend. So as far as customer service, it doesn’t get any better. Jewelry is comparable to art. So there’s a lot of beauty to look at and admire. I personally do not know too much about jewelry, but I learned about the 3cs and applied it here with great help. I think their stuff looks very classy, and those that follow DY know his style.
What’s convenient being a guy, Susan remembers what my wife likes so I didn’t have to think too hard about if something would fit. And if anything ever goes wrong, they promise to make it right.
Conveniently located on Rodeo drive, there’s easy indoor free parking yards away on Brighton Way. Don’t drive too fast or you’ll pass the entrance on the left.

RACIST!!! I’ve shopped at all the other stores, Las Vegas and Costa Mesa. This store is by far the worst. It’s too bad because so many tourists come here and they still treat people with no respect. They forget to give back my card, and Operations manager isn’t even apologetic about the issue. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Another designer I never heard of. They must be big if they have a store here. I did google them when I went to the hostel and wasn’t sure what the BFD was. Fell in love with a two piece heart necklace… however the love ended up being nothing more than a crush as I couldn’t take it home with me. One can dream can’t she!

I recently took in a bangle (that I’ve had for about 5 years) to be repaired because the end stones had fallen out, which I will add I am sure happened from me being tough on them, and I would give 10 stars if I could for the friendliness, attentiveness, and wonderful customer service by the staff at this David Yurman location. They called me within just days with the estimate, which was EXTREMELY reasonable. So reasonable I actually had to ask the nice gentleman Thomas to repeat the estimate. Everytime I am picking out a new piece, I always find myself going back to my usual David Yurman. I know one should branch out but I just love their jewelry and now love them even more because of their customer service.

Staff kinda judges you by appearance when you walk-​in in my opinion. I’ve been to this location at least 6 to 7 times and no «Hi» or «Welcomes» were given. Purchased two mens rings and had another refurbished. For something thats on Rodeo or in Beverly Hills what can you expect? MMmm maybe some customer service perhaps? lol

I have bought tons of jewelry from this place, and each time the staff has been so patient and accommodating to me. I will continue to buy jewelry from this store. The quality of jewelry is superlative and the perfumes smell nice too. I would recommend this store to others and would come back again.

I have always loved David Yurman designs and have purchased 2 rings and a pair of earrings from this location in the past year. This is by far my favorite place for David Yurman jewelry in the area as the selection is outstanding, the quality of service exceptional. I always return to the same saleperson, Alex. Always a pleasure visiting whether to shop or view the new designs. Very nice employees and always very polite when I stop by to have my jewelery cleaned.

For years, I’ve been a fan of David Yurman jewelry. His signature style is the silver and gold combination. The very presence of his jewelry brings forth effervescence and, undoubtedly, the quality and style is in a category like no other. Not only is his jewelry in a category like no other, but David Yurman himself is in a category like no other. I had the privilege of meeting him years ago and his first words to me were, «That’s not my chain». Surprisingly, I was almost at a loss of words from the mere detection on Mr. Yurman’s part about my jewelry. He was most correct, as I wasn’t wearing a DY chain, but was wearing a DY cross. I explained to Mr. Yurman that I couldn’t find a chain in his line that I like to complement my DY cross, so I found one from another jeweler. Anyway, my initial conversation with Mr. Yurman confirmed to me that he cares about his customers and his brand. His boutique in Beverly Hills is the main location that I frequent and rarely, if ever, do I encounter any problems from the staff. Nshan (Shawn) and Dan are two associates that regularly help me and ensure my satisfaction. After my recent purchase, I appreciate how Nshan was very professional in informing me of their quality assurance, giving me reading material about the gemstones, and basically assuring me that they will continue to take care of my jewelry as they’ve been doing for years. I’ve never had a problem with any of my DY jewelry and I’m sure that’s due to the high-​quality.
Undoubtedly, I’m a huge fan of David Yurman jewelry. The ring that I just purchased is for me. Every now and again, we must treat ourselves to something nice. Every time I enter the DY boutique in Beverly Hills I’m greeted, offered something to drink, and given exceptional service. Dare to be bold, stylish, and uncommon by treating yourself to some fine jewelry from David Yurman!

My wife bought a bracelet for my birthday, the sales person promised if I do not like the bracelet they will refund the full amount but when we returned the item they did not want to refund and manager kept us waiting to call his boss and other people and bringing any excuse to avoid giving the money back to us ,
Terrible customer service, over priced I will never go back to this store

Rings!!! Nshan Markossian is the MAN here. he wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to upsale me on stuff, which i really appreciated. he was very helpful and gave me his honest, candid opinion on what looked best for me. honestly, DY doesn’t need to upsale anything… these products sell themselves. very high end, well-​made, affordable bling.
every man should have a nice watch, a nice pair of shoes, and a ring. not a pinky ring imho but something that just kind of draws the attention of the eyes in the room without being overstated. like a nice pair of shoes. like a nice watch. well you get the picture. ;)

I am not a high class Beverly Hills girl… I have little interest in the stores here either… we were being touristy tourists and were checking out the goods…

My boyfriend introduced me to this store. I had never even heard of DY until he took me to the store in Beverly Hills. Really nice setup, small and quaint, and the people that work there look very high-​end and as if they know their jewelry. The workers are attentive and eye your every move, not in a bad way but to make sure that they are attending to your needs. You can customize jewelry and it doesn’t take long to make it. They deliver and have a great online store as well.
There is a security guard with a gun at the front door to make sure that you don’t get out of line! So don’t try anything crazy!
