This place really goes above and beyond to make their clients happy. Everyone is professional, passionate about their work and really care about making the clients happy. They go above and beyond and give long, patient consultations, too. Prices are very reasonable compared to other places. Highly recommend!

Well, I purchased after months or maybe years of research, a Radiesse Plus groupon. I read the reviews for the location and they seemed better than any other options so I went. I went for Marionette Lines and when I walked into the room with Jill she told me «oh honey Botox is for Marionette Lines not Radiesse».
Imagine my surprise after spending 400.00 for Radiesse Plus for my Marionette Lines for my birthday.
I have had Botox for in between eyebrows many times and it’s great for that location. One time I had extra Botox left and the Doctor suggested putting some near my mouth. It was a awful experience because it paralyzed the muscle, so anytime I smiled it felt fake and horrible.
I mentioned this to Jill and also said «I’ve done my research and is Radiesse not for Marionette lines»? Her reply was «yes but I use Botox and look at me».
First off I didn’t go there to look like I had no facial expressions when I spoke or smiled or like I couldn’t find my way away from a needle which is what Jill’s face reminded me of.
I am not trying to be a cruel person I really am not, but I did not want to look all pumped up and mean cause I can’t talk normally or smile.
So now I’m petrified and the experience is not exactly what I paid for. I go ahead with it, because I already knew it was too late to get a refund from Groupon I had checked.
It’s been about 2 weeks now and honestly for 400.00 I don’t see a change. I don’t know what happened. I’m pretty sad actually. I suppose looking horrible would be worse than looking like I had no fillers but still. I chalk this up to 100% someone injecting my face and totally disagreeing with Radiesse used for Marionette Lines or maybe not aware how to inject Radiesse there since she said she doesn’t use it there. I also had to ask myself for ice after, which was strange. I mean is that not something you offer to someone bleeding and swollen? I did bruise pretty bad afterwards as well but that went away after 5 days and I was prepared for that as like I said before, I did my research. Sorry for my review being so bad, but like myself I want a honest review to read before I purchase anything for anywhere.

Not watered down!!! Had to deal with bad bruising but very affective.
— 3 stars due to outdated office and no parking (had to run out twice to feed the meter. On second visit, I had to park 2 blocks away).

Awesome service. And great prices. The nurses are great. Charmaine my nurse took her time and did my fillers they way I wanted them. Don’t waiste ur time at some expensive plastic surgeon who will only talk to you for 2 min and walk out.
The nurses are great they know what they doing. On top of all this the owner Barbara will work with you on getting the best filler for your money. I did lot of research and I am very happy about the results. Call them today!

I called to gain more information regarding their products and the receptionist hung up on me!!! Horrible customer service, I’m glad I saw what this company is really about. If the front staff are this rude, I can’t imagine how the rest of the staff is.

I called to make an appointment and the receptionist just hung up without any question. I asked if I could make an appointment and she said No and hung up! If that’s what they want the face of their company to be id hate come in contact with the rest of their staff!

I like the services and the staff at Cosmetic Laser Works on Olympic Blvd. Robin, the owner is is professional, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and a clear communicator. The variety of services is helpful. The location is easy to access and parking in the neighborhood is easy.

Superior service and will be back A+

I never write reviews but had to for Robin and her staff over at Cosmetic LaserWorks. I’m a new client who found CLW on Groupon and was a little neverous at first because I have never purchased something like that before. But I gotta tell ya, boy was I happy I did! Everyone over at CLW really care about what they do and it shows; the office, staff and results are all top notch! Thank YOU!!!

I love this place! Not only was parking easy, the place is small and warm:-) The woman did not try to sell me everything she tried to talk me out of over doing Radiesse! I LOVE my results and I will be back for sure!!!

I purchased a Groupon from them. Nowhere on the Groupon advertisement did it mention the hours they are open. I went to their website which clearly states, «Flexible hours Monday-​Saturday» and «Evening and Sunday hours also available». I called to schedule a Saturday appointment and I was told that they only have appointments available, for the Groupon, one Saturday a month and there won’t be any Saturday appointments available in February, and that they still are not sure of the March date yet. They tried to offer me times before work-​I live an hour away when there’s barely any traffic which would be 2+ hours in the early mornings and I drive my son to school, so that’s not even an option. I wish Cosmetic Laserworks would make their available hours, for the Service, very clear BEFORE someone orders and then wastes their time and money!
Also, they don’t communicate through phone calls, only text messages… very poor service!!!

My sister and I just went here and they were great.
Love the office and the peeps.
Love the fact that they use text message since I can’t always talk in the phone plus it’s all there in writing. I don’t know how many times I’ve called places for their address. It was great to have it on my phone for reference.
The office is clean and the staff of knowledgeable and kind. While I was waiting there was a patient there for the first time and both the nurse and the consultant gave her as much time as she needed. Hats off to all of you. I don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else.
See you in a few months for my next appt :)

However my last experience here was outstanding.
I had some special requests and the manager said she would try to accommodate my needs.
When I arrived the nurse was gracious and professional.
She took her time and explained everything in detail to me. The place is clean and bright. After a long consultation and beautiful work I know I will be going back. Thank you girls and thank you for coming in after hours to take care of me.
You will see me again:)

Angels sent from above. Robin and Cheryl are amazing. I am so thankful that I was referred to come here. I had been desperately trying to find a safe place to begin intense laser hair removal on my face. I had a horrible experience over 10 years ago that left me with extreme laser burn scars which took many months to fully heal. Cosmetic Laser Works is the ideal fit for my needs. They explain every detail of the procedures or treatments and make you feel at ease. The facility is clean, warm, and inviting. Friendly smiles along with a great attitude creates the perfect environment. Thank you ladies!

Great experience the owner and injector are amazing! They make you feel very comfortable. She did a fantastic job on my Dysport. Since I’ve moved to LA I’ve tried a few different places and this will be my regular Med clinic. I’m coming back after the first of the year to get Juvederm XC and bringing my mom and aunt.

Robin and Charmain talk a good talk but it is all one big hustle. Poor work is done to make room to convince customers to spend more on things that didn’t need to be done in the first place. Save yourself the time and money and go to somewhere more ethical and get it done right the first time.

I really think Robin is amazing!!! She is very sincere and gives you her honest feedback. Sarah the nurse was great. This is my second time visiting Cosmetic Laserworks and I always have a wonderful experience. I have received many compliments because she fixed the areas that were bothering me. using radiesse.
THANK YOU SO MUCH Robin! The Radiesse was a steal and is amazing. I appreciate you and the services you provide, including the wonderful advice. The customer service is great! Robin’s mom is sweet too. I had a hard time finding parking but she was so helpful and gave me great tips.

Don’t go here. Went in and there were already syringes filled with who knows what. I went for restalyne. The nurse only spend 2 min talking to me and just injected me. A few days later saw NO results. wanted me to come back in for more. I have had restalyne before and never had absolutely NO results. Their good deals on groupon are all a scam.
FYI — if you have had similar experiences — here’s a link to file a complaint against the medical board.

BE AWARE! I went to get Radiesse for my chin. They did not informed me nor discussed the fact that the nurse has never done the product before. Literally she practiced on my face! And am not happy with the results. My chin is not better than before.
They clearly don’t have a decent work ethic. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

All in all, this place was very very nice. My results are great — I am very happy — and the price was absolutely reasonable. I don’t look ridiculous, which was the most important thing to me :) The location was clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly — all five star deserving. The practitioner (if that’s what you call her ;)
The only thing I wasn’t 100% thrilled about was the purchase of the «block,» but Robin addressed my concern and I was happy with how she handled it — very professionally!
You would be missing out not to stop by this place! Thanks ladies!
