Rude receptionist. I was going to book a trip to Italy and the receptionist was the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to so I went to a different travel agency

I had this place bookmarked for a while for a previous trip that never ended up happening. Fast forward to now, last minute trip again and the travel agency near my house was initially giving me «good» deal but the agent was to no avail. and by the time she got back to me the deal was gone. We had a family friend who is a travel agent but his prices were high off the charts. I was racing against time to get a good deal in a short amount of time. I rushed and searched on Unilocal for a new place and came across Concord. I was hesitant since the location is in Beverly Hills and thought they might be more pricey. Anyways, I called and spoke to Amy who was so sweet and gave me a cheap price initially and even price a matched the same flight I had found online for CHEAPER. Everyone in the office are sweethearts and they are so dedicated to making their customers feel confident and minds at ease. They’re not worried about making their share of the commission but rather helping your needs and/​or budget. I’ve called a couple travel agencies around the States and in LA who claim to be the cheapest and the best at customer service but Concord is the best! Usually one way-​direct flights are so expensive but Amy took care of my one way ticket and took care of my Grandmas roundtrip-​direct ticket (returning in busy and expensive July) to Saudi Arabia as well for $ 1200, which is an unbelievable cost especially for that time of year. Thanks Concord and thank you Amy for your hard work!

This is the best travel agency i have ever used — they are so knowledgeable and helpful
I used to them to plan a big family trip of 20 and I had not one issue or headache.
They took care of everything at a very decent rate as well
