Wes is the best. Extremely helpful would be an understatement. He was honest, straight forward and at no point did I ever feel like I was going to be taken advantage of or swindled. I highly recommend Circa for all your diamond needs.

Went today to Circa and had great experience with Wes Carrol who was so professional that i cannot even compare him to anyone in Beverly Hills. I mean other guys did not even measure diamond properly and keep asking me how many carat my ring is. I would say Wes is on international level of jeweler highest possible in service and personality. Office is also one of the best and it looks as high end jewelery stores in New York, London or Paris. Do not waste your time anywhere else you will get fair price and great service. I would have rated this establishment a 10 had I been able! From beginning to end, Wes was truthful (major bonus) informative and just plain nice! My expectations were exceeded!

I highly recommend CIRCA to anyone in the Beverly Hills area. Go here first. Do not waste time as I did with other locations nearby. I dealt with Wes. He was friendly, courteous, professional and fair. I could not have had a more positive experience.

I was a little hesitant to go to CIRCA because I thought they would only be interested in high end, name jewelry. But I was mistaken. From the receptionist welcoming my brother and me to being introduced to Wes we were made to feel right at home. Wes explained the process and we immediately felt we would get a fair deal, and we did. I will advise my friends not to waste their time going to a jeweler but go directly to CIRCA to sell their gold. We went to a recommended jeweler first and his quote was much lower than what we got from CIRCA.
It was such a pleasure doing business with Wes. I’ll be returning soon with some gold scraps.

CIRCA is a joke ! I had a watch from Hermès and one from Louis Vuitton. A local «Mom & Pop» pawn shop offered me $ 350 for the Hermes while CIRCA offered $ 300 (FIFTY DOLLARS LESS !). «Mom & Pop» offered $ 150 for the Vuitton as did CIRCA. I sold the Hermès for $ 1,100 and the Vuitton for $ 1,995. Yes, you read that right. DO NOT go to CIRCA ! There are many other ways to dispose of your fine assets.

It was our first visit to CIRCA and we were SO impressed. We arrived 45 minutes early because traffic was a breeze, and Wes greeted us promptly and offered us coffee/​water.
Within three minutes, Adriana invited us into her office. Both were happy to accommodate us early. Most places would make you wait until your scheduled appointment time!
Adriana spent two hours with us. We had a lot of my mother’s old jewelry to sell/​consign, much of it from the 1950s.
Adriana is highly skilled and honest. We appreciated that she took the time to examine each piece and quote us what CIRCA would offer. There was no pressure at all and we were given the option to reject any offer she put on the table.
Look, to the person who criticized CIRCA for insulting her intelligence with low-​ball figures, come on down from your ivory tower. Unless you own the Hope Diamond, jewelry is not an investment that will make you rich. There’s a huge markup, even when you’re buying at trade shows. Chances are you have an inflated idea of what your collection is worth and reality is a shock. Sorry about that. It’s not CIRCA’s fault.
We fully expected offers of maybe 25%-40% of what mom paid for at retail, and that’s the range we got. A check was issued on the spot.
Adriana also retained four pieces on consignment and we’re hoping there’s a buyer for them. Again, the $ range was more than adequate and to our expectations.
We wish every business could be run like CIRCA. True professionals, not snooty or judgmental… really skilled and courteous, professional and friendly. Highly recommend them to everyone. You won’t be sorry.

Wes is extremely knowledgeable about the process of buying and selling fine jewelry. I found him to be very honest and fair. There was no pressure involved and I truly appreciated how caring he was about my feelings.
It can be quite shocking to hear the resale value of your pricey jewelery once its appraised but Wes explains the process thoroughly and you can feel comfortable knowing you received the best information. He understands that you may want to shop around or even take some time to think about it. Truly, there is no pressure.

I recently experienced Circa when I had a few jewelry items to sell. I have sold gold and silver many times in the past for its intrinsic value, but I knew that these pieces I had were unique and I wanted to have an expert look and provide an offer. There is no question that Circa has no competition if this is what you are looking for.
The entire experience at Circa is classy. From the beautiful lobby area to the comfortable clean buying rooms. Most importantly, the people I worked with were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They seemed trustworthy and took the time to educate me on the pieces I had, the price they could offer, and the rationale for that price.
From what I’ve heard and experienced, Circa pays competitive prices. But based on my experience I had there there is no competition in terms of the overall selling experience. If you want to work with true professionals in a lovely setting this is where to go.
