History

Established in 1949.

Carroll & Co has been dressing leading men in Southern California since their doors opened in 1949.

One of the first men’s clothing stores to bring fine European fashions to the West Coast, the store quickly found its calling among leading men who set the standard for style including Frank Sinatra, Gene Kelly, Jimmy Stewart, Fred Astaire, Paul Newman and Jack Lemmon. In addition, Carroll & Co. styles have been used in hundreds of feature films and television shows as costume designers continue to appreciate the timeless look that Carroll & Co. is known for.
