It’s very rare to find such friendly helpful customer service. I only went in for document shredding but I will be back for sure. This place is a gem! Support local owned business people when they are as passionate as this place.

The comment on my review is completely inaccurate. I have willingly and happily paid the $ 1 charge for UPS packages many times at this location. These were two medium sized pre paid USPS packages that I easily carried over by myself (I am a petite girl). The woman said to me «We have no room for these» (they had plenty as far as I could see) and «I’m going to have to start charging you for this.» and that is all she said. She did not offer me an alternative or say to come back.

20% rate increase after 1^st year with new ownership… I’ve been at this location since 1996 with no complaints with previous ownership. Loved their service. Got along wonderfully with Jon the previous owner. Was disappointed when he was forced out due to rent increases. Loved his family, wife, sister and little dog.
New ownership took over about 1.5 years ago. It’s been a struggle to find a middle ground with them. I’m a valued customer with 20 years of loyalty. Jasmine, the owner, never remembers me and acts surprised when she finally does. This has happened 5 separate times over the last year. I even had her make me 34 keys 2 – 3 months ago. How many customers order 34 keys? Plus, I’m very recognizable, Very!!!
I was told a number of things by Jasmine (the owner). Here’s two.
1. I need to pick my mail up twice a week.
2. That it’s to difficult for her to deal with a box that’s overstuffed.
Seriously, she said these things to me. My approach has always been It’s a mailbox. Keep my mail and leave me alone. Perhaps that’s my problem and she’s right to raise my fees and tell me what to do regarding mail services.
I find Jasmine’s condescending tone and b.s. explanation of «this is how business is done» frustrating. Did I mention my rate increased by 20% after one year.
I was forced to send my wife, per Jasmine’s request, to collect my overstuffed nuisance of a box since I was on the road. My wife said the box wasn’t stuffed at all and she was right. I also feel Jasmine’s looking to get a $ 1 anyway she can… god bless her.
She’s over attentive with the mail (good thing but it’s mail) and under attentive with public relations (bad because it’s people you’re dealing with not mail). I believe if my rate was the same I could deal with «Jasmine’s nagging. I understand it’s her business. I’m amenable to working with people. I’m a very loyal person. Ask my Wife of 25 years. Ask my business partners and friends of 35+ years. Ask the 3 children my friends named after me. Ask anyone who knows me. I have a stellar reputation. I don’t like change and am willing to figure out a middle ground in all situations. I just couldn’t make it happen with Jasmine.
She explained my rate increase as a favor to me since I have 5 names on my acct and my box is too small. I said last year it wasn’t an issue plus 2 of the names rarely come through.
I called three different mailbox centers in the area. All of them said the same thing. Overstuffed boxes go into an overfill bin and we don’t care how often you come. All their rates were cheaper than what I was paying before the increase with 5 names. I explained all of this to Jasmine and was still met with the attitude of «we don’t want to lose your business but this is what it is now.»
I informed her today that I’m leaving and how can I forward my mail. She gave me a bunch of babble which made my head hurt. I gave her another $ 102 for 3 months so I can arrange a new address and alert all necessary parties. She was going to charge me a $ 10 late fee since my box was due in Sept. I had to remind her of our email correspondence over the last month. That I was out of town till the 29^th of Sept and will be in the day I land. Also, that I asked her to send me a paypal or email so I could make a payment. Her response then was «don’t worry.» Come in when you get back.
So, how come today, at 9:45 am on Sept 29^th, I received a voicemail saying i’ll be charged $ 10 if I don’t make pymt today. Yes I was asleep as my flight literally landed at 1am. The fact I even had to correspond via email and phone while I was on tour was ludicrous. I hate leaving my comfort zone but know it’s probably for the best. I feel like I’m being taken advantage. Increasing my rate knowing I’ve been there 20 years truly felt off to me.
While she raised my fees by 20% they have a Group-​On coupon offering the same service for $ 12 a month. 6 month trial period.
I asked Jasmine If I could get my key deposit back when I terminate. She said contact previous management. Unbelievable!!!

This place is amazing, one stop shop for everything I need to get done. After the management changed, this store has stepped up their game. Staff is extremely friendly and the store is well organized. I try to avoid USPS for my shipping needs because for some reason every employee in there has a bad attitude. This place always greets me with a smile and gives me the best recommendation for all my shipping needs.
Their location is extremely convenient for me because it is close to my work so I don’t mind paying $ 1 to drop off my packages. It saves me time and more money because of the gas I would have to pay for just to get to another location.
To sum it up, I have visited a lot of mailbox stores, this is the only store that blew me away with their great customer service.

Such an accommodating establishment. They will go above and beyond for any of your requests, seriously. Just give them a call and they’ll help you out with shipping, printing, fingerprinting, notary, P.O. Box and so forth.
They handle pretty much anything you need done at the Post Office along with any errands you need to get done at a Kinkos. I’m a fan of local businesses so I always come here instead and usually avoid the lines elsewhere.
Consider this place if your mailbox is pouring with fan mail ’cause you’re sooooo Internet famous and all the fan mail is unbearable. Or get fingerprinted for that job you finally got. Or make copies of those flyers you’ve been working so hard at editing.
Great customer service, no waiting thus making me a happy camper.

Great service. Needed a notary and they took me in as a walk-​in with no wait. Fair prices and friendly.

I have driven by this place many times, looked like they shipped UPS and Fedex so I dropped in to hand in a pre-​labeled UPS package.
Just about to leave it on the counter when I am informed they charge $ 1 per package!!! I have NEVER heard of anyone doing this, just ridiculous…

I love this Mail Center. The new owners couldn’t be nicer, or more helpful. I was with the previous owner for 20 years, and now it is even better. As far as Beverly Hills, there is no better location and there is no better parking. I highly recommend this mail center. I go 5 days a week for my business and I could not be happier.

Super friendly staff; got me in and out within a few minutes. There’s 1, 10 minute loading parking spot right out front and other than that there’s a parking lot in the back accessible by the driveway right next to the business.

Although the owners have only been here for a few months, it feels as if the place was theirs from the beginning. That is how well they have adapted to all their customers and adjusted to all of their needs and concerns. The staff is amazing, kind, and truly only there to help.

Is business has been taken over by new management. They have hijacked my mail.
They are rude and unscrupulous.
DONT GO THERE!!!
