History

Established in 2003.

After graduating from the UCLA School of Medicine with highest honors, Dr. Azizzadeh completed a prestigious six-​year residency program in Head and Neck Surgery /​Facial Plastic Surgery at UCLA He then completed a sub-​specialized fellowship in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at Harvard Medical School which was offered to only one surgeon. After serving as a Clinical Instructor at Harvard Medical School, Dr. Azizzadeh returned to CA and became an assistant clinical professor of surgery at UCLA and attending facial plastic surgeon at Cedars-​Sinai Medical Center. He is also the co-​director of the facial plastic & reconstructive surgery fellowship program at Keck School of Medicine at USC and co-​chairman of a Cedars-Sinai’s annual symposium. In addition to his practice in Beverly Hills, Dr. Azizzadeh lectures and teaches other physicians around the country in his techniques for facelift, rhinoplasty, facial rejuvenation, dermal fillers and more.

In addition to his busy surgical practice, Dr. Azizzadeh is a compassionate and caring individual who is deeply committed to several humanitarian causes. He is the founder and Director of the Facial Paralysis & Bell’s Palsy Foundation — a non-​profit organization dedicated to advancing research in facial nerve disorders and providing pro-​bono surgery. Dr. Azizzadeh also works with Global Smile Foundation and Medical Missions for Children traveling to third-​world countries in order to treat children with craniofacial disorders. Additionally, he is involved with the Reconstructive Surgery Program of the R.O.S.E. Fund, a national non-​profit organization committed to ending violence against women and children. In 2010 he obtained the Compassionate Doctor recognition from Vitals​.com.
