Worst experience I ever had with filler! I went to this doctor for filler under my eyes. I’ve had filler many times before but this experience has been horrible ! First it took forever to actually make a appointment answering service answers the phone and someone calls you back. I bought 2 syrines of restylane. He put radiasse In instead because he said it was more bang for the buck. I asked if he was going to number me and preceded to wipe under my eyes with a cloth and immediately started injecting! I was screaming it was literally like being tortured .
He didn’t seem to care if I was numb or not .
He ruined my face. I had 2 huge black eyes for almost 3 weeks ! And now my cheeks and under eyes are not balanced at all. I went back 3 weeks after the procedure and they claimed I was still swollen really only on one eye? Give me a break he injected the solution unevenly and now I need to go to another doctor to fix his mistake. Worst of he seemed to enjoy causing me pain as I held onto the chair for dear life .
So not go here. Group on immediatly gave me a refund for my 500 I had spent so I’m sure they are used to getting calls on disatified customers.

Not worth it. I had 40 units done 5 days ago and one eyebrow is arched higher than the other. Very erratic needle placement, each side was different. Seemed to just poke and pop botox randomly. Very close to actual eye, as well. Personal feeling is that he is not serious about this aspect of his job. Not my first time at the botox rodeo so I know the difference between a person who is good at it and someone who is not. He is not.

This is my third time with dr aiache and I elated at the great service that I have received each and every time I come. I came here because my lips were thin and I was tired of over lining them all the time so I decided to come and have some restylane injected on my lips. I love my lips and I couldn’t be happier. I do recommend this doctor as he doesn’t try to upsell anything more than what you want. He is honest and trustworthy. The receptionist, Ishani is a sweetheart! I recommend this place 100%. I’ll be going back for Botox. Thanks again!

This is the worst experience I have ever had with any «doctor» regardless of procedure. This man is around 80 years old… that is not so bad but it seems as if he is doing a YOLO on your face. He had a creepy smile on his face when he walked in and didn’t bother to introduce himself nor speak in any pleasant way. He asked me to lie down which is not typical for Botox injections. He then asked me how long my Botox usually lasts and I said three months. He then says this treatment will last about three months. He does NOT ask if you want nor provide numbing cream!!! I WAS IN EXTREME PAIN! I felt him injecting all the way up to my hairline. He treats his patients like cattle because the entire procedure (40 units of Botox) was over in three PAINFUL minutes. I also had HUUUGE swelling that I’ve never had before and he is so careless and heavy handed that I had Botox LEAKING down my face. As I walked out, the receptionist that was once all about eye contact was not able to look me in the eyes. I assume she knows exactly what is going on here. He is not qualified to be doing injections AT ALL! STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!

Having had Botox for 15 years, I have much experience with a number of doctors. This one was the only bad experience I have had. A pad soaked with alcohol or numbing solution dripped into my eye. I bled a lot from the first injection and 90 minutes later still have a bump there. I am not an ageist, as I am 65 years old myself and still working. But, this doctor must be 80, and that is too old in my book to be doing procedures. He was having trouble filling the syringe properly, and by then, I decided to leave without using all the Botox.

I can’t stress how bad of a experience I had with Dr. Aiache! Pay no attention to the positive reviews below because there obviously fake. I’ll keep it short and simple.
1. Dr. Aiache pushing 80.
2. Dr. Aiache wrote on my face with a BLACK MAGIC MARKER to show the areas he would be injecting
3. I had blood dripping down my face and had it not been for me asking for a mirror to see my face he would not have offered a towel.
4. He kept asking me where should he inject. Not a good sign when the doctors asking you where to place the needle
5. Aside from the deep bruising, my cheeks look exactly the way they did prior to visiting Dr.Aiache.
I’ve had fillers before. I know the process, know what to expect and this was the complete opposite everything I experienced in the past. 1.5 cc of Radiesse and my cheeks look EXACTLY the way they did before visiting Dr. Aiache office. Learn from my mistake, find another doctor.

with plenty of botox experience, i finally found a doctor i will stick with!
dr. aiache is experienced, with a wonderful attitude and a technique that
really works. a bit of swelling is normal and with ice the swelling goes down in
no time. usually by the time i get home i can see a difference and any redness
is already gone. botox DOES NOT make deep wrinkles disappear and i suspect any
negative review is due to expecting deep wrinkles to magically be filled in!
in addition to the doctor being wonderful, his staff is professional, educated, and
very accommodating with scheduling. it’s always a pleasure to see the doctor, and it’s nice to get what i pay for without any upselling.
if there were 6 stars, i’d give dr. aiache and his staff all 6!!! so glad i found them!

Horrible experience. I went twice to fix my lips which were injected wrong the first time and thought the business would fix them for a better price given it was their fault and they just charged me again. Now my right side of my lip is bigger then my left. Also the solution lefts hard dis colored lumps in my lips. On top of that I gave an example of what look I was going after and the doctor was so unprofessional and laughed at me. Felt so uncomfortable. Don’t ever go here !

Terrible! I wish I had read the reviews here before booking. I immediately felt uncomfortable with the dirty office waiting room. When I walked in he had me lie down and the proceeded to spill antiseptic solution into my eye. Without any explanation as to where he was going to inject, he attempted to start at the top of my forehead which is exactly opposite to where I told him I wanted the injection (frown lines between my eyebrows). When I told him every other time I had a treatment the Dr had injected between my eyebrows he became hostile and indignant and started complaining the he was losing money on the injections. Very unprofessional. He offered nothing for the pain (not even ice) for the injections. On top of everything else he has rotten breath. I left before he could do any damage. Do yourself a favor and find a professional!

I must say that I was a little concerned right after my Radiesse injections. I’ve had them before by a different doctor and had a very different experience. This doctor used no numbing agent, topical or injected. And when I left I looked scary. But, the Radiesse, spread on its own and the effect is perfect.

I can’t believe all the bad reviews… I actually really am glad I found him! He is very sweet and didn’t try to persuade me to anything and actually explained in detail the difference of products in which were to my options.
I will return for a consultation for further service! Thank you Dr. I will def be back!
And why is everyone so concerned with his age? Unreal…

BOTOX was Terrible! The solution and the procedure was sub-​par. I had 60 UNITS and it completely bruised around my right eye and eyebrow, PLUS IT DID NOT TAKE in that area. I had to go to my local med-​spa and have more injected in that area to even out my face. The solution was dripping down my face at times and seemed very sloppy and unprofessional. The botox was kept in a styrofoam cooler sitting on a table. It was painful and I was bleeding and bruised (for 7+ days). I have had Botox numerous times before and was looking for a discount. Do not use this Dr, it is time to retire from injectables.

The first appointment they cancelled the day of for «an emergency», the second they cancelled the day before because of «a procedure». The third time they weren’t there and it was locked up. A neighboring practice called and they arrived there a half hour late saying they thought it was the day before (which was impossible). Plus it’s a creepy office.
AND IT HURT! I’ve had Botox before and it never hurt. I was wincing and very scared that I was crazy. I had 40 units of Botox and my whole face is as mobile as ever one week later. He is a complete fraud. I wish I’d looked up the reviews before.

I’ve never had 20 units of Botox last for less than a month!!!

Avoid this place, I got the deal from groupon in December, after calling many times and leaving voice mails, no one called me back. I waited till mid Jan so maybe is going to be easier to make appointment but still no luck. one day I just walked in to the office and I got my botox done. Which I am regretting doing that!!! he did not even spend 5 minutes for 20 units Botox. after walking out of the office my boyfriend was shocked of all the bruises around my eyes. I waited 3 days to heal but nth changed. oh and i forgot to mention he did such a bad job that it was like I didn’t get anything done. this was my second experience getting botox done and it was completely different than the first time. i called after 3 days and they told me its normal to have big and many bruises i just need to wait and it will be ok! just waste of money and time. now after a week i am looking for a different place to go to.

Like the other reviewers here, my experience has to do with BOTOX, not plastic surgery.
I’ve had botox a handful of times by non-​MDs and it was always a relatively pain free experience with great results.
I felt confident going to Dr. Aiache because of his Board Certification. I figured he must know the facial muscles and anatomy well. Turns out that’s not the most important thing when getting botox injections.
I went to his BH location on a Saturday. As soon as I walked in I felt uneasy. Dr. Aiache is older and there was no receptionist to welcome me and explain things to me.
He brought me back and briefly asked me what areas I wanted to treat. I told him I was interested in the laugh lines around my eyes and forehead. I specifically mentioned I wanted a light touch and did not want to look frozen. I also mentioned I was looking to achieve a slight lift in my brows.
He wiped the area to be treated with pure alcohol and go so close to my eyes they began to water and burn. He then proceeded to inject me in such an aggressive manner I felt assaulted. I know that word may seem harsh, but that’s exactly how it felt. I moaned and winced and it did not seem to alert him to the fact that I was in pain.
He then injected me so close to my eyes that I got really nervous. I asked him about that after the procedure was done. He told me he performs eye lift surgery every day and know exactly where the ocular muscle is located. He told me that I likely had non-​experts injecting me in the past and they were nervous because they did not know the anatomy of the eye, as well, and so were more cautious. This could be true, but did not ease my mind much.
When I left the office I got into my car to discover red and swollen injection sites (it happens and was not that alarming). However, the area under my eye is swollen and really bruised. I look like I have a shiner.
I won’t know the full results of the procedure for another week, and will add to this review once I do.
I am nervous based on the other reviews here, to be honest.
If you are considering getting botox, I would go elsewhere. Clearly, a knowledge of muscle location is not enough to make you a good practitioner for this procedure.

Injections were terribly painful and left bumps and bruising. Required two visits and still could not fix and office hours are erratic so not bothering to go back a third time. Going au natural after this experience — this is my face after all and needs to be protected not butchered.

I hate writing negative reviews but I wish these reviews would have been on here when I bought MY botox deal so here goes–
Very similar experience to others in that the environment and age/​attitude of the doctor made me very nervous and I almost just walked out and now I wish I had.
I had 20 units of botox on my forehead, which I’ve done before with good results. This time though, my left eyebrow is COMPLETELY immobilized. Like I can’t move that sucker AT ALL. Plus, where before, the eyebrow was slightly lifted from the procedure, this time it seems lowered. Even better– the right side of my forehead seems like it didn’t get any botox. This has led to me looking like I’m perpetually slightly lifting my right eyebrow. It’s a good thing I have a good sense of humor. I am going to someone else this weekend to see if I can get it fixed though– ugh!!!

Went for botox on special. Wasn’t sure if 20 units would be enough so we did 30 since 40 was too much. I was there on Friday of holiday weekend. I was offered a little numbing cream on a cotton ball but either it wasn’t enough or it didn’t have enough time to work. Some injections really hurt. Ouch. I had dripping at least three times. i mentioned it and dr advised from pressure in syringe a little was falling but just tiny drops. Did those count in my units? Probably too small to matter but still. I paid and left. It has been five days and it looks good so far. No ice pack nothing when I left. I would hav given four stars but hurt more than usual and no post care items. He didnt chat a lot but that isn’t why I came. I wanted good botox at good price

Wow, ok… like someone else mentioned he’s probably near 80 which made me nervous but I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. But what he did next didn’t really ease any of my concerns. He didn’t introduce himself or ask who I was, or what I was in for (I’m sure my chart showed it). He didn’t ask if I’d ever had Botox before or give a little overview/​explanation. He just asked me where I wanted it which I sort of knew, but a bit more dialogue would have been helpful. I asked questions and asked him where he’s from just to ease myself from the silence. There just wasn’t the basic Dr/​Patient chit chat you’d expect as someone is about to perform a procedure on you. I don’t want to be negative about him as a person he seemed nice enough but not what I was hoping for in a Dr situation.
The actual procedure:
He wiped my forehead with a cotton ball saturated with alcohol then left it sitting on my forehead while he got the syringe ready. The fumes so close to me eyes!!! Then he held the cotton ball in his hand while he was injecting me and again, FUMES!!! Not to mention, the cotton ball grazed my eyelashes (which were by this time tightly squeezed shut!). At one point something dripped on my eyelid and I wiped it (it could have been alcohol or a drop from the syringe) it just seems his awareness of everything is a little diminished. I have no doubt that he is smart and had a great career I just think that it’s time to retire because I bet he is not doing as good a job as he probably has in the past. The injections weren’t bad at all. One spot hurt slightly more than the others. I’s only been 4 hours and so far everything is fine. But based on the other aspects of my visit, in the future, I think I will go with someone else. ;)
