I paid $ 55 for the live scan and $ 25 for fingerprints. My fingerprints were rejected from the FBI and I called to inform Fariba. She said I could try one more time without a fee, but insisted she knew what she was doing and it was the FBI’s fault. My second set of fingerprints were rejected again. The total time wasted on this is over 4 months(and means I have to pay the FBI fee of $ 18 again). The fingerprints did look a little smudgy. I should have just done them myself, I probably would have had better luck!

I was very disappointed with the lack of knowledge and professionalism. I contacted Fabria? about needing finger prints for my CPA license and was told it would cost $ 74 — cash only. When I arrived at her apartment?(I thought I was going to a business address) I gave her the form and she told me it was going to cost $ 124.00? since I only had the $ 74 cash she quoted, and she does not take credit card, I had to go out and withdraw money. I then discovered a few weeks later, when my fingerprints were rejected, I had used the wrong form. I understand I made a mistake at this point, but she should also know her own business. I specifically told her I needed the fingerprints for my CPA license and she charged me for something else. I then asked if she could re-do my fingerprints and only charge me her cost, since I had to redo them. Her only response was, I can’t do! I have kids to feed and hung up on me. Now I wasted $ 124 and had to go to a more professional business and pay the $ 74 again. Please also note everyone else listed as a notary/fingerprints takes credit card.
