Computer Team was founded in 1987 with the understanding that meeting our client’s needs was far more important than meeting our vendor’s quotas. We also realized that there were many small businesses that would benefit from new technology, and recognized that many of these small businesses could not afford a full time computer staff to implement these technology benefits. We think of ourselves as our client’s computer department.

Dave spent 6 years managing another computer center here in town. Frustrated with the direction that business was taking an unable to come to an agreement for purchase of the business he went out on his own to start Computer Team, Inc. This was right when computers headed towards being commodities and prices were dropping. Dave saw the future and knew that lower priced equipment was going to be good for clients but expertise to make technology work was the key to success. He adopted a low cost equipment model with consulting for the final solution. That was over 25 years ago and Computer Team, Inc is still going strong today.
