Food here is hit or miss depends on the sauce. Personally chicken wing with the bone for me. Prices are very reasonable. Not a big fan of the counter girl with the glasses she’s very aggressive and not welcoming. I only eat here when all my options that I normally have aren’t accessible to me. Wings are very thin but the curly fries are amazing.

Great food, friendly staff, not long of a wait, well priced, we visit here at least once a week and have never been disappointed. Keep up the great work!

Me and my wife love the wings and there sauces. There hot sauce is one of the best. I like that the wings are small. But I learned that the reason why they’re so small is because there organic. They should advertise that.

We order from here frequently. Figure once a week or so. Tonight was the usual but we added a kids meal. My first grip about this place is why they would put a buffalo flavored boneless wings in a kids meal!!! It was way too spicy and was a complete waste of $ 5.99 aside from the smiley fries. Other then that the food is great, I recommend the hot gourmet garlic wings.

Ordered food for delivery while at work. Paid by credit card w/​a tip. Waited for two (2) hours for the delivery. The food NEVER got to me. I finally called to request an update on my order. The person on the phone informed me they could not deliver because the address was too hard to find. Instead of calling me in advance to the two hour wait, they leave me waiting to late inform me during my call to them that they refuse to deliver to my address which is only but a few miles away. Ridiculous. Will NEVER order from them again. Customer service epic fail.

I love this place! Not only is the staff very helpful, patient and friendly, but their food is delicious! Everything I’ve had has always been great. They offer a great variety of foods from wings, to burgers, and even Mexican fare! I usually order delivery and they are always quick; however, I am only less than a mile away. I recommend any of their burgers, smiley fries & any salad; my favorite in particular being the Southwestern Ranch salad. OMG and their cookies — yummy!

I finally had a chance to visit Planet Wings again on a quiet afternoon for some to-​go food. I ordered a ten-​piece boneless wings, smiley fries, and an order of regular fries for my girlfriend.
This time it thankfully only took 8 minutes from the time of my order to the time I received it, which is much more reasonable.
The wings were good, as I remembered them from college, and the smiley fries were crisp and potatoey, as I like them. I was impressed with the amount of french fries you get with one order. I was also surprised at how they cut holes in the corners of the styrofoam containers to let out steam so that the food didn’t get all soggy before I had a chance to eat it. I always appreciate the effort to not let my food suffer just because I’m not eating it there. As a former fast-​food worker myself I say that us to-​go orders are the ideal: No having to deal with imprefect technology and poor driving to take the orders, and no cleaning up after the customer.

Pretty Good! Compared to Wing Zone in East Meadow (NY) this place is Better! We had teriyaki, honey bbq and roasted, fried extra. mmmhmm they were deelish!

Came home from work, it was freezing outside and didn’t feel like cooking so I jumped on GrubHub and saw Planet Wings. They left a menu on my window at the parking lot a few weeks earlier so I decided to try them out because they’re new in town.
I ordered a Double Decker Supreme Taco, Original Recipe Taco, 5 Original Parm/​Pepper Sauce Wings and a Reese Peanut Butter cookie. A variety of their menu.
The food arrived quickly and the delivery woman was super pleasant! Very friendly. Thumbs up!
Wings were excellent! Crispy skin and the sauce was flavorful and coated the wings evenly.
The tacos were OK — very «Americanized,» the shells are store bought not like fresh homemade ones. Passable for sure though. They came with a side of sour cream and very spicy salsa (be ware). You can definitely get better tacos in town, but they are still OK.
The cookie was nothing to rave about, but it was good. It was soft and the Reese Peanut Butter was distributed generously. Not the super fresh, warm homemade cookie that I was expecting. They probably bought it from somewhere else so it’s not their fault.
In all, the place is good. I will definitely order wings from here again.

This restaurant should not call itself a «wings» place. They offer wings in increments of 5 but are only allowed to try one sauce per order. Therefore, customers who want more than one flavor are forced to pay extra for different flavors. Don’t bother ordering 15 wings because you will be forced to only get one sauce flavor. The menu hanging up in the store isn’t up to date. We ordered a flavor and then were told that it was a limited flavor that they no longer carry. This place opened less than a month ago! Also, got a take out order and one of the items were missing. When I called to complain they only response I got was «really! Really» and never a sorry. For good take out wins, save yourself the time and go to Wings over Farmingdale.

I don’t know what the other two reviewers are talking about. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the wings are delicious. They offer 24 flavors. You can’t go wrong. I also tried the grilled chicken sandwich on Portuguese roll and it was delicious. They use good quality chicken for a fast food place. I’m totally hooked!!!
