Cottage Car Wash

I recently got an interior detail here. Due to the nature of my job my car went from brand new to trashed in a year. I didn’t think any type of cleaning would restore it back to its original look but I was so shocked. They did such a great job. They even took my car in without an appt, but I would advise making one. overall very pleased with how the car came out.

My family usually wash our cars at home and this was the first time I went for a car wash. I took advantage of the early bird special, although I don’t know anything about car maintenance and had no idea what the difference was between the basic set and the super wash.
They told me that it would be 15 minutes and I think they actually finished in a little over 10 minutes. They cleaned the outside and the inside and I could tell that they really tried hard to wipe down everything on the inside in spite of all the knickknacks and junk I keep in all the pockets.
I didn’t really check the job before driving away to work and I noticed that not all of the soap was wiped out. It was a cold day so the soap that was left over in the crevices actually froze. Also, I have no point of comparison, but it did not seem cheap, even after the discount. They became busy all of the sudden after I arrived (went from zero cars to five when I left) so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and try again some time.

Waiting area is very clean and has couches for you to sit on.
Didn’t find that staff slacked off when cleaning my car.
PS. When you go on their site, they have printable coupons that you can use. Or just download and save to your phone for future uses.
Bottom line: I would recommend to friends and will come back for a next wash!

You get what you pay for. One of the few places I’ll trust with my car. Whenever I’m in town I make sure to stop by Cottage for an interior/​exterior wash. You’ll pay a little more than some of the surrounding places, but it’s worth it. They treat your car like they’re doing a full detail on it. They don’t rush it. In fact, I wrote this entire review while I’m waiting for them to finish and they still have plenty to go. I like that they use compressed air to spray the rims out, the mays, and the interior hard to reach places. You won’t be disappointed… I never am.

I have tried a lot of local car washes and I recently brought a few of my cars here and I will say that this one so far has done the best job. I had bought the full service wash on Groupon for $ 10 which is normally $ 17.95. Even if I had paid the full amount plus a $ 6 tip between the front end service guys and the two that are assigned to finish the job its not worth me spending my whole day washing and cleaning my car in my driveway. The waiting area is very comfortable. The whole job here is about 15 minutes, well worth it. I do not understand the negative comments from people, it is not like they are spending $ 200 for a full detail. If these people are not happy with the job they should say something to management, I am sure they would take care of their concerns.

Scammers. There is no accountability at this place and they do a terrible job. They are unprofessional, rude, and have scratched our new car twice now. I would not recommend this place to anyone– there are plenty of better car wash services nearby.

I bought the VIP Wash for $ 40. It was okay, but my car was ready awfully quickly for the number of things they are supposed to clean. I have rubber mats so obviously they couldn’t be dry cleaned, although I did expect them to be wiped down or something. I will go there again, but probably get the basic wash package for $ 18.

Not impressed, the last 2 times I went to get my car washed, I paid around $ 17 for full serv and the interior of my car was basically left untouched. Dust, dirt everywhere. I give an $ 8 tip on top and I expect to get a clean car back. But when I have to go home and clean for another 10 mins because they don’t wipe off your console or vac properly is absurd! My 10 yr old step daughter does a better job. When I asked them to come back and wipe off the interior, the guy politely apologized and said they are just too busy and they have to rush. I think I paid enough to get a decent service. Not so much! Now I have to find a new place to go, unfortunately most car washes around here are barely mediocre.

Very nice place, very nice people. when it comes to cleaning my car not so nice! Everything looked fine until I drove off and saw that my rearview Mirror was not touched, my GPS camera was not touched my dashboard was not touched and they missed a lot of spots when vacuuming my carpet, not happy! I was blinded by the cleanliness of the place in the waiting area and the complementary coffee but I won’t be back!

They are okay like other car washes, it’s better to wash your car on your own! I paid $ 28 for a deluxe, suppose to be rain x applied, under carriage wash and these other clear coat finishes etc. Etc. I think it’s all bull to make more $, how do u know they apply it? It just came out of the car wash they cleaned the Matts fast and a few wipes, car still dirty, dirt and old salt from Snow still dripping I had to go home and spray it off and wipe again! Also they put armor all on tires when I got home it was dry hardly any shine

I came here cause it was close to my work. A little over priced for what you get. Didn’t do a good job wiping down inside of car. Vacum was done quick an still had stuff that wasn’t vacumed up on floor. Missed spots wiping down car. Wheel shine was so so.

If you want a quality car wash and a nice experience come here. The staff was very nice. The location is easy to get in and out of. The inside has comfy couches and a wide variety of items to help you keep your car clean.

I went to this place for a car wash today. Prior to my car being pulled in to the bay I oversaw the employee rinsing my rims with cleaner and brushing them. All is good so far. When he was done with that he went directly into the bucket to wash my vehicle. No rinsing first. Which is a complete no no as I’ve been detailing 20 years. Also missed the entire front bumper hood and windshield. The guy on the other side went from the front door back. Missed half of my truck including the wheel wells. Although most of it was corrected after the wash the interior was not up to par. Vacuuming was horrible. Stain left by cup holder and stain left on console. Not impressed and I will not be back here.

Got my car detailed here a while back. Staff was friendly, for the most part. There was a short guy chain smoking cigarettes who tried to sell me on some special compound to take out water spots for another $ 50. When I declined, he seemed pissed.
Anyway, the detailing itself was pretty poor. Streaks on the glass, swirls on the paint, water dripping from my side-​view mirrors, etc. My car has come out of regular car washes looking better. Really not a professional job.
The waiting area was nice, but you’re paying for a car wash, not to sit in someone’s living room.

This place was excellent! I walked in as a new customer and received a $ 4.00 coupon on a super wash. The staff was friendly and accommodating (I asked for a mat to be vacuumed again and they removed the pad to vacuum underneath and re shine the pedals in addition!). There are sofas inside as well as auto utilities, accessories and food/​snacks and seats with tables outside. I will definitely be back!

This was the first time I have ever taken my car to a car wash. I preferred to do it myself. Somewhat traumatic watching my baby going through all these big machines and then having someone be rubbing all her curves drying off.
I have to say they were very professional and I became somewhat more comfortable when I saw that it was just a job for them and they weren’t getting the same pleasure as I do with that shammy cloth. They did a great job and cleaned all the nasty and hard to get to places that I sometimes ignore. My car glowed afterward and I think I saw a small puff of smoke come out of the tailpipe when they were done. The GPS system said she wants to go back next week. We’ll see. Maybe if she behaves herself.

Best Car wash around. It’s more expensive than most places but you get what you pay for so for the extra few bucks your car is totally clean. Mon-​Thurs they have an early bird special till 11 or so. The only place I’ll take my Challenger. I’ve been to other local car washes and the car is still dirty they do an A+ job!

This place ROCKS! After reading reviews here I decided to give it go, so glad I did!
I went on a week day so no long wait. Once the car goes through the wash they then take your car to the side and thoroughly clean and dry every spot, definitely not a rush job.
They have a beautiful waiting area with a sofa and TV. Very cozy atmosphere. They have drinks and snacks. What more could you ask for.
I will definitely be coming back.

What a great car wash. They take a little longer than most but that’s only because they get every nook and cranny clean. If your wheels need some TLC bring it over here. They will take very good care of your ride.
