A $49.95 Any Sewer or Drain

I cannot appropriately express how unprofessional these guys are. One guy came over to attempt to clear my sewer and got his snake stuck in the clean out. A supervisor came to attempt to remove the snake and uses his snake to feel out the area. He told me he could remove the snake but it would be $ 200.00 bucks. I didn’t see the sense in that and when I called their headquarters someone told me if I don’t want to pay the $ 200.00 now; it would be $ 2000.00 when I called back. It sounds like extortion to me. So I looked on BBB to see that there are 15 complaints against this company similar to my own. So now I have a snake stuck in my basement because I refuse to be extorted. For your own good stay away from this company

Once or twice a year it is necessary to call these guys. Professional, efficient, quick, courteous, what else can I say! These are the originals! They come at anytime, get the job done as dirty and nasty as it is, all at a great price. This time Saturday night, late and nasty job taken care of in a hour.
