I am going through home renovations and this company was recommended to me by a friend of a friend. They have not impressed me to say the least. I had an appointment set up, and because I did not answer the phone a significant time before they showed up they thought the appointment was cancelled. (This was after I explained that the home is currently unoccupied.) After the mix up, the guy showed up late, although he apologized. He took a look at my 50 plus year old boiler system and said, what do you want me to do? Others who came in were shocked at the sight of the ancient thing and had a game plan right away. I was told I would have a quote within a few days. Almost a week later I called to check on the quote, and was told it was in the mail the day before. So imagine my surprise when I receive a call from them a day later with questions so they can work on my quote. They really don’t seem organized at all. I would not entrust them for service.
That said, the man was knowledgeable about the ac unit, moreso than others. Perhaps they should stick to cooling systems.
