My business is family owned and operated. The original concept, a t-​shirt screen printing company, was started by my father back in 1985. From 1985 till August 1989 we operated a home business out of the basement & garage of my parent’s home. Then in August 1989 we attempted to open a store front in our home town. Unfortunately that only lasted for about 3 years. So we decided to go back to working from our home. Also back in March of 1989 I started working at a sign company «Sign Factory» as a co-​op through Bethlehem Vocational-​Technical School. After 4 years of working for Sign Factory, I had reached a plateau. My boss, the late MaryEllen Kemmerer (2003), had taught me well. Finally, lets jump to the present, in 2003 my father & I were offered to purchased the Sign Factory. All we needed to do was to add the «G&L’s» to the name and we were off and running.
