What’s a good dessert after a nice shopping spree? Good old Crepes! Was so excited to see that they had opened a crêpe stand here at the Montgomery mall. They have many types of crepes. So I just had to get some! My husband and I shared the Nutella with banana and strawberry crêpe. It was so delicious! Absolutely fresh and filling. The size was perfect for sharing. They also have French macaroons in packs or individually. Give them a try!

Ok so the food court should be swarming with various aromas, instead recently, one is overwhelming the court: Yum Crepes. I went to this little stand under the movie escalators because there was no avoiding that delicious smell. I ordered a single strawberry and Nutella crêpe, and thought the pricing was a little steep at first, being handed a to-go box… I was wrong, the price is perfect. Opening the box to a wonderful crêpe, picture worthy. And even more to my surprise, I got full off of just 1, as well did my girlfriend. 2⁄2 and 100% so far with filling customers up with 1 crêpe alone. A one hit knock out! Love it! 5 stars!

Such good crepes and a great price too. Chicken pesto is awesome as a meal… The strawberry banana Nutella is a great classic… Try the white chocolate and add strawberry and banana! So good!

I had passed this place a few times and wanted to try it. I have had sweet crepes from a different place and those were good. Since I only know about sweet crepes, I decided to get 2 here — the Nutella Strawberry and the Dulce de Leche. The Dulce de Leche Crêpe I decided to get this crêpe as a reviewer or two said they enjoyed it. It was just a few bananas on top, but the filling was supposed to have fresh bananas and creamy caramel. On my first or second bite into the crêpe, I could tell the bananas were very ripe and I was turned off by that. I may need to ask them what is their definition of fresh, because to me those did not taste like fresh bananas. At this time I figured, I had at least one more crêpe I could eat: The Nutella Strawberry Crêpe The filling for this one was strawberries, nutella and chocolate syrup. The pieces(that were sweet) that I had tasted okay but not great as the crêpe I had at another company tasted much better. As I proceeded to further eat this nutella strawberry crêpe, I ended up tasting something sour in the filling or the crêpe… I did not know what it was, but I stopped eating that piece. I decided to start eating from another side of this crêpe and about 3 or 4 pieces later, I tasted this sour taste again and I instantly decided to stop eating as I had no idea what it was. I just knew it was not something sweet. Don’t know if it had to do with that day being very slow — I went on a Sunday morning and not many folks were around. I will have to decide if I am willing to give them another try.

Ordered the Nutella strawberry and banana crêpe for me and the dulce de leche crêpe for my BF. The Nutella was good, nothing special. Flavors were there, but could of used more fruits in it. I also tried ordering the choco milk but they said they were out of it. The dulce de leche was surprisingly good. I was expecting it to be sweet, but the sweetness was perfect. I would try the other types of crepes sometime in the future because I just wanted to try the basics to see how it would compare to the rest. If you want to try the basics I would say to skip it. Try the other stuff instead.

I got the nutella crêpe to go, even though I ate it a couple of hours later it still tasted fresh and not soggy at all. The batter is great, and light, worth every penny!

I had hoped my first ever Unilocal review would be filled with nothing but praise. I might have skipped doing this review except that I had one complaint which became two when I could find no contact info, no website or even a clue to corporate ownership where I could share my thoughts. But first the pros… I found the crepes delicious and could have been happy munching them plain. The filling in mine was fine, though I would have enjoyed it more had the cooked apples been warm rather than cool. My guest thoroughly enjoyed hers with Nutella, strawberries & bananas. I’d like to see a bit more variety, particularly something with a nut-less type of chocolate(the only chocolaty items contained Nutella). It was interesting to watch them being made with care and I was impressed at how large they were. The problem came when I requested some tap water. I wasn’t trying to be cheap; I simply knew I would not drink very much and a small cup would have been fine. I was refused, and offered only ice which I found unsuitable. Perhaps I could have requested some water from one of the other restaurants in the food court, but as I wasn’t giving them my business that day, it didn’t seem right. I’m still surprised by the refusal; the only other place I’ve experienced this was a(no longer in business) Mrs. Fields Cookie Store, many years ago. And when there is no apparent means for a customer to communicate with a business’s management, that only increases the frustration.

Crêpe was pretty doughy but for the price, you can’t really complain too much. Tasted good, but can’t go too wrong with sweet on top of sweet. It is kind of difficult to see as it is located under the escalator but, a good price for a decent dessert.
