My young toddler has been coming here a few months and its been good for the most part considering the price. The facility itself is clean, the classrooms and hallways are big and spacious. Majority of the staff are nice and friendly. The curriculum is good enough to educate your child at the expected level but not challenging enough. The Facility itself is safe. The indoor and outdoor playgrounds are huge and spacious so lots of room for the kids to run around and play.
Just one constructive criticism, the young Lady Receptionist at this facility is Quite rude and unprofessional and would be great if she was professionally trained to handle or deal with parents with a better and pleasant disposition. Being the first face you meet when you arrive/​leave, there should be an expected level of professionalism which, personally, is seriously lacking.
An email complaint to the director went ignored, so l guess having a professional Receptionist is not a priority at this daycare. l, as a parent, will like to feel just as comfortable coming to drop and pick up my child as it is for my child. A safe and comfortable environment for a child, as well as basic respect for parents are all important components and requirement to choosing any daycare.
And so consequently, we are taking our little one to another preschool, which is not only much more Challenging with an extended curriculum but also where the staff and facility have been well established in the community with excellent reviews and more importantly, where there is a very professional atmosphere and respect shown towards parents.
