YEE MDBurbs: Ruth’s Chris & Absolut The Summer Of The Cocktail

Great food (apps and mains), drinks, staff (wait and bartender), presentations, and guests (MD Unilocal Elite)! Wow! And great pictures! Thank you Mike!
Thanks to this event (and another special dinner with Crystal at RC in Bethesda), we’re looking forward to trying the new Ruth’s Chris in Crown Park, Gaithersburg.

NOM NOM NOM! Ruths Chris has never steered me wrong! I know I am eons late writing this, but I just cantt stop thinking about that Tom Collins our lovely bartender made for us. The night was sponsored by Absolut so thank you for the wonderful cocktails. That was the most delicious part of my night! There was nothing that was served that I did not like. Everything was just perfect from the appetizers to the dessert and the food and drinks kept a coming! Ruths Chris really knows how to make their guests at home and never want to leave! I also had the opportunity to meet fellow Unilocalers. Mike B did an AAAMAZING job putting this together for us. THANKS A LOT!

When you combine Ruth’s Chris and Mike B., you get magic! I had a wonderful time at this Unilocal event and it was very touching to receive a personalized gift.
I came to the event a bit late from work. I arrived when they were winding down on the apps from their HH menu. I was able to snag one steak sandwich with the Béarnaise sauce, which is one of my Ruth’s Chris HH favs.
This was a big event. We had a private room to ourselves. In the front of the room, the bartender would explain how to make each drink and what went in it. Unfortunately I don’t partake in alcohol. So I can’t vouch for the drinks, but they looked yummy. What I can vouch for was the delicious raspberry lemonade I ordered. Not to sweet with bits of fresh raspberries. I loved it!
I was also happy to get the blue cheese salad without blue cheese. I’m not a fan of blue cheese. The strawberries in the salad was tasty, it added a fresh unique flavor.
You know when the entrees are coming out when you hear the sizzling pop of melted butter! In front of me was a plate with a scallop on top of a bruschetta like salad, steak topped with shrimp, and chicken stuffed with a cheesy cream sauce. All delicious! I enjoyed every bite!
The sides were creamed spinach, garlic mash potatoes, and chipotle fingerling potatoes. The chipotle potatoes were my favorite side! So flavorful, I loved it!
For dessert we had cheesecake with a peach compote on top with a side of dark chocolate almond bark. A perfect way to end dinner.
We also got our elite gifts of the year, a Unilocal beach towel. Some free swag I got was a reuseable Unilocal bag and some Ruth’s Chris goodies such as a cozie and a wine cup charm.
Since I’ve been elite of the month, Mike B. read and gave out personalized Unilocal diaries! I was so touched by the sincere effort Mike B. made to make the elites of the months feel special and honored! I am so happy and glad to be a part of the Elite MDBurbs squad!

Oh what a night! It is good to be Unilocal Elite!
We were warmly greeted by Mike B. and the Ruth Chris staff. We had a private room and were treated like royalty.
We dined on smoked salmon, tuna, steak sliders, crab sliders and that was just the appetizers!
The drinks were amazing! We had a cosmopolitan, Tom Collins, Raspberry martini and one more :). Thank goodness Mike told us to take the metro because we sure needed it after those drinks. The bartender was funny while giving us a special demonstration on how to make the Absolut drinks.
Dinner was spectacular! We had a petite filet, scallop, grilled shrimp, creamed spinach, mashed potatoes; so much food!
I enjoyed all of it! They ended the night with a really nice cheesecake and some Unilocal diaries for the Elite of the week.
Top night! Many thanks to Mike B., Unilocal,Ruth Chris and Absolut for treating us to a fun night with great food, drinks & friends.

10+ star event. Fantastic, eat till you drop type of event.
Everyone already explained in details about this event, so I will skip the food part.
I am a carnivore at heart, and this event was perfect for someone like me.
Food was perfectly prepared from the beginning to the end, and oh how could you say anything bad about that buttery smell!!! It is a lot of butter, but nothing smells better than the sizzling meat cooking in butter! and the food was DELICIOUS! The service was top notch, and my drinks were strong and delicious.
It must have been difficult to serve all of us at once, so I would like to thank the wonderful staffs for giving us a wonderful experience.
Besides the food, I LOVED our beloved Mike B’s heartwarming messages written on the Unilocal journal and rewarded to several of the MD Burbs elite of the month (and his sweet mom). My fiancé Jason C was super super excited and happy to be one of them!!! :)
Thank you Mike B again for putting together the unforgettable event, and having us!!!

When you walk into a private dining room and are immediately handed an Absolut Citron cosmopolitan to drink (a strong one at that!), you know good times are ahead.
Quality food. Refreshing and strong drinks. Friendly and on point service. LOVED everything about this event. Way to go Mike B. for throwing another fabulous event!
Food favorites: smoked salmon and steak salad appetizers, filet topped with shrimp, fingerling potatoes, and the honey-​cinnamon cheesecake. The filet was perfectly cooked and enjoyed the generous amount of shrimp it was topped with. Loved hearing the sizzle of the plate as the waiter sat my food in front of me! Those fingerling potatoes… wow! I could have ate a whole plate of that and be happy. I’m generally not a fan of cheesecake, but I quickly dug into this one (although I intended to take it home… definitely didn’t happen!).
Favorite drinks: Ruth’s cucumber collins and Ruth’s raspberry rosemary cosmopolitan. Note to self for next time– try not to break the seal so early on in the event.
I enjoyed Samantha showing us her mixology skills, while cracking a few jokes along the way. Loved how Mike B. ended the event by highlighting the MD Burbs Elites of the Month. Great way to end a fantastic evening.

I like to think of myself as a meat connoisseur… but everything I have ever believed about a filet mignon has gone out the window thanks to Ruth’s Chris!!!
When you are born and raised in Kansas and you grew up on meat and potatoes, you tend to become a beef snob. I prefer a perfectly charred, ribeye steak over pretty much everything else. I believe a steak should be served blood-​rare, otherwise, you have just wasted a gorgeous piece of meat! I want to use a knife and fork and dig in to a marbled piece of succulent meat gently separated from the rib bone (or leave it bone-​in).
I scoffed at a tiny 5oz filet. Calling it a girlie piece of meat. Momma Ruth has hit me over the head with a meat cleaver and has shown me that if you treat a tender filet with love and respect that cutting a steak with a fork is NOT blasphemy but indeed just a peek into what Heaven must be like.
Mike B., the people at Absolute Vodka and the exceptional staff of Ruth’s Chris (especially Samantha the bartender who is now my new BFF) made my first time at RC, a most glorious night… as every young girl’s first time should be!!!
I felt very decadent the moment I walked in the door. You see all the leather chairs, the booths, the tablecloths… then a beautiful woman holds out a tray of delicious pink cocktails for you! After a hug from Mike B. and a lovely compliment about your LBD, you walk towards tables filled with old friends, faces you have seen but never met and many new faces with their eyes open wide in awe of their first Unilocal Elite event! Yes, you remember your first Elite event and the excitement!
Food upon food. Drinks upon drinks. More food. More drinks. The usual. But this time served up in a 5-​star old-​school steakhouse!
Gonna be honest. Lived in the DMV for 16 years and have been told that Ruth’s Chris is an over priced steak house for single-​malt scotch-​drinking men. Darling, times have changed! Love that they are opening a new restaurant in Gaithersburg at the new Crown development. Yay! Delicious food, spectacular drinks and free parking!!! Love, Love, Love!!!
So, tonight I am going to just list the overflowing menu because my descriptions cannot do them justice. You have to look at the pictures in order to really understand the experience of having luxurious plates of food constantly being placed in front of you.
Appetizers of smoked salmon, rare A-​hi tuna, crab BLTs, beef tenderloin sliders served with the lovely pink Cosmo made with Absolute vodka. A fresh salad of strawberry, bleu cheese and toasted almonds was paired with a Cucumber Collins.
I already raved about the perfectly rare filet served with grilled shrimps, a jumbo scallop and a 4 cheese stuffed chicken breast. The presentation did not do the food justice. I am ready to change my last meal on Earth to this exact meal! My entrée was paired with an Absolute American Mule garnished with a candied ginger. Samantha outdid herself this time! I managed to score a few of the blue cheese stuffed olives that garnished the dirty martinis. Seriously, can you imagine the poor guy hired to stuff olives? I would be at that all day as I would keep popping those in my mouth! Teehee. We were also served mashed potatoes, creamed spinach and fingerling potatoes covered in a chipotle and bacon sauce. Truly outstanding!
Dessert was a honey, cinnamon cheesecake topped with a peach compote sitting next to homemade dark chocolate almond bark. Yum! And not to be outdone, there was one last cocktail pairing… a raspberry rosemary cosmo. Seriously. Who dreams up these combinations?
My night in heaven ended with lots of gifts to take home. I’m just sad the summer ended and I can’t use my new Unilocal Elite Beach towel… I may have to sneak into someone’s swimming pool just to use it!!!
Swaying out the door, I bless Mike B. for giving us warning to find our own designated driver!!! Best tip, ever!!!

This is my first Unilocal Elite event and I loved it! Great kudos to Mike B and the Unilocal team for making it happen! This event blew my mind! Thank you times a million!
I’ve been to this Ruth’s Chris location a few times and their food and service are always exceptional.

So a girl walks into a bar…
That girl was me (and Bryony). We walk in and straight away an Absolut Citron cosmopolitan was slipped into our hands. Can the evening get any better? Oh, yeah.
Pre-​dinner appetizers of crabcake and bacon sandwiches, ahi tuna sandwiches, and smoked salmon and toast points to start. Can it get better? Oh, yeah.
Mingling with Friends old and new while being schooled by an expert mixologist on the makings of some very intoxicating Absolut concoctions such as a cool Ruth’s Cucumber Collins, a very dirty Dirty Martini, and Ruth’s Absolut American Mule. That’s all before the entrées arrived. Get ready to be very jealous: Our trio consisted of a filet topped with broiled shrimp, jumbo scallops, and a cheesy stuffed chicken breast. There was also their popular creamed spinach, mashed potatoes, and my favorite, fingerling potatoes with a tasty, spicy sauce. Everything was so delicious… And that was not where it ended. It keeps getting better.
Dessert: Mini cheesecakes with a peach compote and chocolate almond bark on the side. Roll me over, I’m done, but I will drink that Raspberry Rosemary Cosmo.
In the end, it’s not just about the food, Mike B. made us all feel like we were Dukes and Duchesses of Unilocal.Ruth’s Chris was so beyond generous with their offerings. I will «Absolut“ly be back.
It can’t get better than this until…
I finally got my Unilocal Elite beach towel!

Mike B and the Unilocal team have done it again and this event was definitely one to remember. Thank you for the much sacrifice in taste-​testing the dishes prior to the event – I know it’s hard work but glad you were all up to the challenge! ;P
The folks there were pretty accommodating and we started off the night with crab BLT which I removed the B – still delish (had 4 in one sitting and not ashamed to admit it!) Cocktails were flowing like crazy throughout the night, so not being much of a drinker at all, I did try a sip or two of the Ruth’s Cucumber Collins and the Absolut American Mule – both were quite refreshing and you couldn’t really taste the vodka! Could be a bad thing too. =P
Since I’m a pescetarian, I opted for the blackened salmon and the sides of mash potato and cream spinach kept replenishing themselves. I was pretty much stuffed at that point, but of course, we must not forget about the dessert which was honey-​cinnamon cheesecake with peach compote and chocolate almond bark on the side. This dessert was paired with the raspberry rosemary cosmo which was tasty but a bit too strong. It made for great picture though! =D
Needless to say, my taste buds were dancing happily throughout the night and my stomach left pretty darn satisfied. Thank you thank you to the Unilocal team for an amazing night. Makes me happy to be part of the elite team.

This was a wonderful event — the food was great, the drinks were great and it was nice to enjoy it with other Unilocal friends (old and new), all Elite.
Before the event even started, it was nice to see the guys decked out in their suits (minus the jacket) and the ladies dressed nicely as well — we were required (by Mike B) to be business casual for this event, so we all looked really nice.
We then entered a room near the back of Ruth’s Chris, name tags on, greeted by some of the Ruth’s Chris staff and Mike B said hello to each of us. We were then greeted by a tray of what looked like Cosmopolitans with a slice of lime in it (found out later it was). I took one sip and discovered it was strong, so my mind informed me that we are doing things in moderation for the night.
Each of our place settings had a menu for our evening — Salad, Entrée, Accompaniments (Family Style) and Dessert. Before we were introduced to that, we got to taste some great appetizers — Smoked Salmon, Ahi Tuna, Crab BLT and a Steak Sandwich. I am glad I came with an empty stomach as this was just the beginning of our evening.
As we got served with each of our menu items for the evening, one of Ruth’s Chris best bartenders, Samantha, showed us (live) how she made each of the drinks that were served to us with each of our dinner items. This made me want to try the drinks even more with each dinner item. Cucumber Collins w/​the salad; American Mule/​Dirty Martini w/​the entrée and accompaniments and Raspberry Rosemary Cosmo w/​the dessert. They were all very delicious, except the Dirty Martini (that was certainly an acquired taste I will never try again).
The highlights for the evening:
Mike B presented each of the MD Burbs Elites of the month with their very own Unilocal Diary and a little write-​up of them w/​their picture already a part of that diary. However there was one more — The August Elite of the Month, and as he was announcing and describing that person, a few of us at our table looked directly at who we figured out he was talking about (he had started a sentence with the word «My») — it was Joy B (his mom), but she was still in denial and it was so funny to watch (she was completely surprised).
There was a lady that told us more about Ruth Chris, the person, and her back story of how the restaurant came to be. It was so heartwarming to hear, that I can’t wait to read more about it.
The food — I am not going to describe each item as we all know what we ate, but I must say that it was so delicious. It was my first time to Ruth’s Chris, but it certainly won’t be my last.
Overall, this was a beautiful event — attended by beautiful people. Happy to be Elite!

Now that I’ve fully recovered from those cocktails I can write the review for last nigh’ts even which was F-​A-​B-​U-​L-​O-​U-​S!
From the mafia-​esk décor, the quality food and service from Ruth’s Chris and the potent, yet refreshing, drinks from Absolute vodka, Mike B gave us yet another great event! I’ve been to Ruth’s before for but I never had a night like this, usually the wallet puts on a limit on how much of the menu I can enjoy ya know.
My fav was the chicken stuffed with herb cheese (to die for), the Cucumber Collins and the American mule (spicy – oh yea!). Two things I normally don’t eat – blue cheese and cheesecake BUT kudos to the chef because I ate every morsel of the salad and that mini cheesecake with peach compote. I don’t drink Cosmos either but I certainly slurped, yes slurped, that one down last night and loved it.
I never knew Ruth was, only that she could make a mean steak. Hearing how she made this place with a little over $ 18k and in 1965 after a divorce, makes me even more proud to be a patron.
Lastly, I enjoyed see so many Unilocalers I haven’t seen in a while like Chris L, Taneerah, Jason, Jeong and Indya and making some knew friends Amir, Melanie and Erin W!
I’m truly thankful for two things: that I wore a dress that flows and not one that sticks, thus allowing me to fully indulge and… that I keep Unilocaling hard and Unilocal keeps treating me right!

If gluttony were an unforgiveable sin we’d all be going to HELL! Ruth Chris Steak House event Sponsored by Absolut was one of the swankiest Elite events that I’ve been to!
The Welcome reception was nice! Everyone was so ready for this event a lot of people arrived early! The Spruce Point Smoked Salmon and Sliced Tenderloin Steak Sandwich were very tasty. I knew we were in for a night because the first cocktail for the evening was the Ruth’s Classics Cosmo featuring Absolut CITRON and it was Absolutely STRONG in Good Way!
Shout out to the mixologist for being so funny and entertaining as she explained tips to making the cocktails during our pairings!
The seasonal Strawberry & Bleu Cheese Salad– very light and tasty. I’m allergic to almonds, but Ruth Chris Staff was ready with anticipation no sooner than I made them aware of this I turned around to find a nut-​less salad right in front of me.
Thanks to their AWESOMELY POLITE, ATTENTIVE, and WELL DRESSED Staff. The salad was accompanied by the Ruth’s Cucumber Collins featuring Absolut –cool refreshing, definitely my type of summer spring cocktail!
The Ooohs and Aaaaahs moment: Shrimp topped filet medallion, Jumbo scallop with corn & vegetable sauté, and ½ of a 4-​cheese stuffed chicken breast was so tender delicious and well prepared. There was not one weak element to this main course, everything was EXCELLENT!
In addition to this, Smoky Chipotle Fingerling Potatoes were rich and cheesy, Garlic Mashed Potatoes creamy yet light, and the Creamed Spinach dish were all served family-​style.
I chose the Ruth’s Absolut Moscow Mule for this round. This was such a lovely light and flavorful drink as it contained just the right amount of ginger.
Many of us at the table were certain we could no longer go on! THAT IS until they brought out the Honey-​Cinnamon Cheesecake with Peach compote & Chocolate Almond Bark, while I did not eat the almond bark due to my allergy. Lindsey H. was kind enough to take it off my hands! The Ruth’s Rasberry Rosemary Cosmo featuring Absolut RASPBERRI was a real crowd pleaser it was sweet fruity and so pretty!
Glad to see various Unilocaler’s highlighted that are almost like «the glue» they come support, are thoughtful, and conscientous and very likeable. I’m glad Unilocal is recognizing stars in our community. Teary-​eyed moment when Mike B recognized his mom for supporting him throughout his Unilocal career; soooo sweet!
This event has just encouraged me to make sure I keep up with all of the awesome events that our community managers are putting together. Who wants to hear about such a great event that they missed? Well I am proud to say that on this OCCASION I have a few bragging rights, as Mike B.& company did an amazing job. I am so grateful to have been a part of this illustrious occasion! Total red carpet treatment for the Elites.
It’s nice to see a fresh new take on a conservative mature restaurant that has been around for years and is known as a place for ONLY special occasions. Seems that with the tastings and pairings there are more opportunities to find my way back sooner than later.

Honestly it’s the little things that matter the most when it comes to these events. Mike B. taking the time to personally write/​dedicate, and then read out loud a statement about the past Elites of the Month… that was so thoughtful.
But yes, we can discuss the food and the Absolut drinks! I already love Absolut, so I was pretty thrilled about the joining of these two brands. The American Mule was the standout for me… gingery perfection! The bartender demonstrated how to make some classic drinks with skill and enthusiasm. I would return just to chill at her bar!
Ruth’s Chris put its best foot forward with the menu. I think the fingerling potatoes were the standout favorite with a hunt of BBQ flavor which was unexpected! I loved the protein combo: but I am an Eater with a capital E. I love steak rare but I noticed that others were not as into that. I was delighted that the chicken skin was so crispy. Like I said, it’s the little things.
Hearing the story of Ruth was touching, I like a fiery woman who digs in and gets her hands dirty with hard work and good food.
All in all a fantastic evening. I got to see faces that are now familiar to me. and meet some new amazing people as well.
Nights like this are why I joined Unilocal in the first place and I am nothing but grateful for a seat at the table.

Super fancy, super generous, super yummy.
I’ve never been to a sit-​down Unilocal event before, and it was even better than I expected. Though I don’t drink, the Absolut cocktails looked– and according to my dining companions, tasted– absolutely amazing (and were quite strong). The bartender that demonstrated all the drinks was funny and engaging, and made me wish I could partake!
The meal started with perfectly seared, rare tuna– I would have grabbed a whole plateful, but I decided not to be too greedy. The crab BLT was also fantastic. The bread was grilled (with some herbs, I think?) and I couldn’t help but eat two.
The salad featured some very sweet strawberries, and I didn’t even mind the bleu cheese, though I don’t normally like it. The whole thing was light and refreshing, and almost enough to assuage my guilt about the rich entrée to follow.
The entrée sampler included a scallop– again, I don’t particularly love scallop, but this one was well-​seasoned– a filet topped with shrimp, and stuffed chicken. My favorite was the filet! I didn’t particularly care for the stuffed chicken, which seemed to have some sort of cream cheese mixture under the skin. The skin was perfectly crisp, however, and the chicken was moist, which was good.
My favorite side was the mashed potatoes, which must have a pound of butter in them… but it’s so worth it. The creamed spinach was a close second. The seasonal side, the fingerling potatoes, were rather salty.
Sometimes desserts are an afterthought, but not here: the honey-​cinnamon cheesecake with peach compote was so smooth and creamy, and was the perfect end to the meal.
Service was great, even though we had a room of more than 50. The servers quickly accommodated my neighbor, who was a vegetarian, by bringing her some veggie side dishes, even though they didn’t have much notice.
Loved the whole night!

What a night! This was my welcome to MD even and I could not have had a better greeting!
The meal was impeccable. The company was beyond welcoming. And the cocktails… Well… I’m glad I rode the metro down.
Kudos to Mike and more importantly the entire Ruth’s Chris team. From the delicious starters (those little steak sandwiches… Yeah they’re going to be in my dreams tonight) to an absolutely to-​die-​for cheesecake, everything was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the attention to making sure the salad and other produce (especially the strawberries in the spinach salad) were fresh. I wasn’t brave enough to try the scallop or shrimp due to the fact I’ve never been able to stomach them but the land creatures we were served were very will prepared, especially the chicken. I’m more of a purist with steak and definitely prefer mine rarer and less seasoned but the meat was very high quality and make me certain that under circumstances where I had actually ordered a meal or would have been cooked to specs.
The meal was really fantastic and I’m glad I could start my Unilocal elite voyage out here. I’m so glad to finally meet Mike as well as make a few new friends.
This was *the* cure for the Mondays.

Every event planned by Mike B. is amazing and this one was no different. This Summer of the Cocktail dinner at Ruth’s Chris Steak House was fun and delicious and I got to meet a bunch of cool Unilocalers.
We started off the night with smoked salmon and seared ahi tuna. The Crab BLT was my favorite. It was über amazing! Mouthwatering crab and bacon on garlic/​herbed toast. Holy foodgasm!
For the main entrée, we had a filet medallion topped with grilled shrimp and cheese stuffed chicken. Considering that they had to feed fifty or so hungry Unilocalers, the filet medallion was actually really good and not overcooked. It was well seasoned. The corn and spinach with the scallop was very tasty. By the time I got to the chicken, I was full. I wasn’t too crazy for the cheesy filling.
The last course was the honey-​cinnamon cheesecake. I was too full, but still had to take in a few bites.
During each course, we were also shown how to mix the cocktails by a funny bartender. Forgot her name.
At the end of dinner, Mike B. gave out Unilocal journals to all the Elite of the Months. It was super sweet when he gave out a journal to his mama, Joy B. Each Unilocaler also received a beach towel and tote. I feel so spoiled!
I’d definitely go back to Ruth’s Chris for some steak and more of that crab blt! Thanks Mike B., Ruth’s Chris Steak House, and Absolut for an awesome night! Also, big thanks to all of the servers who took care of us!

How does Mike B. manage to make each event better than the last? I don’t know the answer but he has outdone himself with this 3 course meal!
He was smart to save the Unilocal tote bags until we were leaving– otherwise I would’ve shoved a tray of Crab BLTs in there. They were absolutely amazing!
The shrimp topped filet was perfectly seasoned and cooked. I can’t wait to come back and have it again with those buttery mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. We’ll pretend creamed spinach is healthy since it’s green.
Our server Anil was so friendly and maintained his good humor through the busy night. Thanks everyone for making it a great night, on a Monday no less!

Wow. What a meal. This was epic. I have been so busy all year I haven’t been able to go to a single Unilocal elite event all year and it’s already almost sept!
But man. What a way to go! I am surprised no one had to physically roll me out.
The sweetest part? Mike B’s award to his mom. Hands down best part.
The 2^nd best? The crab BLT. I am ashamed to say I ate 4.
The 3^rd? Hearing the stories about Ruth the founder– awesome girl power! She did it all with a $ 18k loan plus &4k extra and only employed women! I love it.
Overall an amazing night.

Truly an epic event.
I was excited about the event at Ruth Chris’ after reading all the Northern Virginia reviews about their separate event. I have to be honest this event far exceeded expectations.
It was my first time here and I was amazed by the level of excellent service, great food and particularly each and every cocktail paired with the meals.
The night was off to a good start when we were greeted by a Cosmo in hand. Then we moved on to servings of salmon, ahi tuna, steak sandwiches and a crab BLT, but wait that was just the appetizer…
Add then, we got a bartending demonstration from a very funny and entertaining bartender on how to make a Cucumber Collins, which we all got to sample, while enjoying a great fresh salad with strawberries and blue cheese, followed by an American mule with a hearty cheese stuffed chicken and shrimp topped filet! I loved that filet and I managed to bring some home for my roommate and he is still talking about it. And those sides, let me tell you those fingerling and mashed potatoes were divine. I must have had about three servings of mashed potatoes which would probably contain one stick of butter and it was worth it. As if that wasn’t enough, our meal concluded with a honey cinnamon with peach compote cheesecake, amazing dark chocolate and raspberry martini.
And then there were fantastic giveaways. I was touched by Mike’s little tribute to his mom. And I love my new diary, towel and tote bag. I can’t wait to write my deepest thoughts (if I have any) in that diary while on sitting on the beach with my Unilocal towel on a glorious sunny day.

As for the staff at Ruth Chris thank you for being a great host and for the excellent service. Expect to see me around for happy hour, now that I found my new favorite spot.
