Established in 1976.

Life long resident of Montgomery County, in 1976 became a Full Time Real Estate agent then broker. Started as the youngest licensed real estate agent in Montgomery County. Very early developed a business finding and developing land for in-​fill new home developement in MD and DC: and then marketing new homes for builders. This is a specialized and rewarding Niche… But the greatest enjoyment in this business is personally helping individuals find a place to live and representing them to make the best purchase possible.

Sterling is married to Connie for 33 years, they have 4 children in Virginia, NewYork City, China, and Capitol View, MD.
