Randall M.

Business Owner

Randy, a Washington, D.C. native, and former REALTOR, opened Paragon Title in the spring of 1981. He earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration from Syracuse University in 1972 and his J.D. from Southwestern University in 1979. Randy is admitted to the Maryland and District of Columbia Bars. His area of practice has always been Real Estate Settlements.

When he is not conducting closings, Randy is constantly involved in the education of our Real Estate Community, regularly giving seminars to REALTORS, and participating on the Contract and Clause Committee for the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS («GCAAR»). Randy has been recognized for his service to the community and the real estate industry by being presented with the Affiliate of the Year and Treasured Years of Service Awards by GCAAR.
