Established in 1996.

Ninotch, an urban retreat has grown in 16 years from a charming 500 sq. ft office to a spacious boutique wellness center. This beautiful downtown Bethesda office has elegant treatment rooms with an urban atmostphere.

Tatiana Tchamouroff, owner of Ninotch, opened the doors in 1996 specializing in Orthopedic and Pediatric services. Since then, the retreat has grown substantially with 9 of the best therapists in the area offering 11 modalities of Massage, Skincare and Waxing services. Tatiana and her exceptional staff provide therapeutic services to athletes in the MLB, NBA and NFL. In 2008, Ninotch became the leading provider of Organic Sunless Airbrush Tanning services in the Maryland, DC and Virginia area.

Tatiana Tchamouroff has long been regarded as one of the best massage therapists in the Washington area and has received accolades from sports professionals and athletes to artists and musicians in the music and fashion industries. She maintains a very select clientele and participates in various educational seminars and speaking engagements.

Ms. Tchamouroff was the official Massage Therapist for the Washington Nationals Baseball Team in Washington DC from 2007 – 2012 and provides her expertise in Orthopedic Massage and Kinesio Taping for local athletes.
