If you want a dry flavorless burnt burger this is the place to go. Fries were decent. I wish I would have walked over to Bobby’ Burger Palace then wasting 11.00 on this garbage

Great job. These folks make an amazing burger, with that awesome old school flavor and look. But… That veggie burger is exceptional. Most burger joints I’ve been to really drop the ball on veggie burgers. Kraze obviously respects its vegetarian customers; they put a lot of work into making a really flavorful, colorful, and delicious veggie burger. It was spicy, full of umami flavor, and it looked good too. Their service is always very courteous and respectful. Great burger spot

After grabbing some yen from CSX, I decided that I didn’t want to blow $ 20 again on Lobster Me, so I decided to try Kraze. For some reason I thought I saw them on TV, some sort of reality TV show. I can’t remember, they’re like a blur now. TV rots the mind like an orgy with Delta Burke will do to a man’s shlong! It was a… decent burger. I had something called a Korean Burger. And it was pretty bad, no wonder it’s no longer on the menu. I hate onions and they put onions on it even though I said, no onions. I should’ve been all like, «I said no onions bitch» in an Eric Cartman like voice, but I didn’t. I just shut up and ate it. The fries were nothing to write home about either. Granted, overall I’m being a little unfair rating a place on food I didn’t care for. As a professional, I’m suppose to be objectively reviewing a place regardless if I eat something that I’m not a fan about or not. But, I’m not writing for the newspaper at the moment, so eff dat. They borked my burger and it tasted like moose poo and I didn’t complain about it so it’s all their fault. Nah, I kid. Overall, in all seriousness, the burger was well cooked and saesoned, the sauce on it was plentiful, but sadly, it was also messy to eat whcih si partially what killed it for me. Alas, while I hate onions about as much as I hate nude paragliders(the old fat man type, not the smoking hot asian co-ed type) overall, the burger just lacked punch. If you asked me to take a bit out of this burger, then one from another premium QSR, I couldn’t tell them apart. And, the said can be said about the fries as well which were the new thin cut type that’s all the hipster rage these days, but there’s nothing special; about them; they were just fries like anyone else serves. I tried Kraze, but I think I got more places to try and return to before I hit them up again. I rank them above Five Guys, but below Smashburger.

Quality of the beef they are using seems to have gone downhill here. Used to be great. Now it’s questionable. Please start using good quality ingredients(including the meat) please !!!

I’m not sure I’m a fan. I ordered a spicy KB. It was a tasty burger(cooked well done bur super juicy) but for a food court burger it took so long to get my order and I was the only customer there. It didn’t help that I was super hungry after shopping the thanksgiving sales. Maybe the food court just isn’t the right location for this type of burger and price point. I had one burger and bottled water and it was over $ 9. At that price point and wait time I wished I had gotten something else.

It would be really great if I could know if a restaurant is located in a mall or food court. So now you know, this place is in the mall food court. I loved the food. My son had The Onion burger and I had The Hawaiian with a veggie patty instead of the beef patty. I loved the flavors, especially the pineapple. We also shared an order of chili cheese fries, which were yummy and my son had an oreo milkshake. Overall, I would come back.

When ordering a cheeseburger, Watch Out if it’s suggested that you get the exact same burger at a higher price. I wanted a cheeseburger with ketchup. I ordered the #1 burger, which for about $ 6.50 included American Cheese and lettuce and tomato. I said hold the veggies. The older clerk told me to get a Build Your Own — which is $ 5.95 plus .95 for Cheese. My fault that I listened to him. It wasn’t until after I paid that I realized we ended up paying about 50 cents MORE for the exact SAME burger. 50 cents each obviously isn’t a big deal, but I really don’t like the principle that he suggested I change my order to simply pay him more. Just watch out for it. Don’t trust their suggestions like I did. What burger place runs out of buns by 5PM? After taking our order, they finished by explaining they only had potato buns. They ran out of all the other bread options, This would have been a two star review(«Meh, I’ve experienced better») but for the higher price game, and not telling us about the buns until after we went through the orders, it’s down to one star. We went for it anyway. My friend ordered a combo. It was an okay burger. It was average. Nothing wrong with it. But no «mmmmm» after the first bite. It tasted flame broiled but so does Burger King for a much lower price. I would have to be very hungry and trapped in the mall for a snowstorm to pay $ 18.30 for two plain cheeseburgers, one fries and one drink again.

I like to splurge on a good burger especially after a work out of some kind. I am picky about how it is prepared. I love grilled burgers on a charcoal or gas flame grill. When I saw Kraze Burger at the newly renovated food court I was delighted. Although pricey for a combo of burger, fries, and a drink, the quality of the food has been consistently good for my burger fix visits. I love them cooked medium rare and they never fail on that. They are also happy to refill my drink at no extra charge. If you are a regular ask them for a frequent buyers card. I would recommend this place to any burger lover.

Great ideas! Some of the options are definitely worth trying; specifically the bulgogi burger! Considering how overpriced it is, and the lack of burger quantity under a massive structure of toppings; I decided to give it three stars.

I was intending to visit the Chick Fil-a to grab my lunch there but I noticed this burger joint standout in all its greenness. I thought I’d give it a try. So let’s see here; Overpriced add-on combo of drinks and fries for $ 3.50. Check. Charging $ 0.90 just to add cheese on. Check. Overcharging other ingredients by at least 50% more than their competitors. Check. Another overpriced burger joint that popping up and justifying their prices by using the«fresh ingredients» platform. Check! The burger themselves are fine. I ordered the #2– Spicy Burger. I don’t think the burgers are horrible. But to pay $ 11.50 for a burger combo is ridiculous. If cost isn’t an issue, then you’ll enjoy this place. If you’re just the occasional burger eater and prefer more value out of your food, then you’ll scoff at this place. If for some reason, they manage to grow into a chain, then they’ll prove what I’ve always said about consumers; we’re dumb and will pay anything as long as it’s packaged properly. I should’ve gone to Chick Fil-a.

So-so better than McDonald’s burger. Nothing special. Good ingredient and fresh fries, nothing more.

Me: «Hmmm…What to eat? The McDonald’s line looks long. Maybe I’ll check out this Kraze Burger place?» I note that it’s about 3:30 pm on a Wednesday. There are several people at McDonald’s and some at the other places in the mall. No one is at Kraze Burgers. «Is this for some reason?» I think. I check out the menu board. It looks appetizing. Filled with a number of options. They sound custom made and are not your typical choices. «Veggie…Hawaiian…A K-Burger…» I think. I choose some sort of K-Burger. Pretty simple order. «Want to have fries and a drink with that?» ask the server behind the counter. «Yep!» I say cheerfully. «OK…$ 11.30″ In my head I shrug…“Damn that’s a lot for a burger, fries and a drink when I can get the same for about $ 4 less at McDonald’s…This better be good!!!» I pay for my order and wait… standing around like I need something to do with myself. ’$ 11.30? I think” as I get my drink. It’s a Barq’s root beer in a standard clear plastic cup. «That’s all for a drink?» I think. «Not so cool» I sample a tasty sliver of chicken from the next-door spot and mill around a bit. My order comes up. It’s on a green tray and looks good. The fries look homemade and fresh. The burger looks small. That or the bread is too big. It has a cocktail sword in it to hold it into place. I sit and lift the burger to remove the freshly cut, yet small pickles and note the tomato slice is fresh too. It’s a very elegant burger. The way you’d hope any burger would be. Restaurant-quality look. I like! I sit to eat my burger first while downing what remains of my root beer. «I wish they gave me more…» I think. The burger is tasty. Fresh with sauteed sweet onions that are stringy yet… tasty. I like it. I savor each bite. It’s $ 11.30 for this lunch. I’m gonna enjoy it. The fries are good as well. Not enough salt but tasty as well. I munch them down. I’m filled for the most part and realize I’ve had a restaurant-quality burger for a restaurant price without the long wait. I remember a sign on the menu board. «This will take some time»…Or something along those lines. It’s a good burger. For the price, it wasn’t what I wanted at the time. But should I want such a meal I can see myself coming back again. Maybe for one of the more exotic choices. I’ll make sure I have plenty of cash.

Too good for a mall food court! At some places, the turkey burger is the same pre-made pattie that you can buy in a supermarket but here, it’s freshly made. And it’s delicious. Good fries, friendly service. Easily the best choice at the Montgomery Mall food court.

First time eating here, thought I try it out. I’m a big fan of bulgogi, so I was curious on it as a burger. I also added a egg on top of that as well. It wasn’t bad nor amazing, customer service was okay. I think the cashier guy I had was new. I had to repeat myself multiple times. I’ll def come back tho, try something else on their menu.

It’s in Montgomery Mall’s food court next to Panda Express(me thinks). Mall is still renovating but should offer more tables/seats when all’s complete. This time the kraze spicy burger tickled my curiosity and after ordering we overheard an apparent«regular» asking for the hotter sauce??? That’s a double dog dare for me next time. When described«drizzled red hot and spicy sauce», that means your burger looks to be drooling over the charbroiled cow patty. Can the sauce be less runny please? There were 3 unnecessary napkin casualties. Minus the cheese,(since I’m in public) bacon, pickles, onions, lettuce, and mayo add to the familiar flavors in me cow burger. I usually bite the tomato slices separately — they tend to wet or water down the experience. Don’t worry y’all, nothing’s ignored in this carnage –_– We definitely agreed that one order of the fresh cut fries was plenty enough for 2. No Coke Zero fountain drink at this location(yet? hint hint ^_^). So each KB location differs with their bev offerings. He enjoys the Zero but settled for the diet version. No harm no foul.

Stopped by this place for the first time yesterday. Ordered the veggie burger after having a difficult time with the cashier(although I believe she was new). Received my food and I must say I was greatly disappointed. My burger smelled terrible which immediately turned me off but I figured I’d paid $ 10 for the combo so I’d better at least taste it. To my surprise when I bit into my veggie burger it was PURPLE! Not to mention it didn’t taste very good at all. I cut my loses, at my very average French fries and the rest went into the garbage. Perhaps their beef burgers are better but I’ll never go back to find out. I do not recommend.

I wandered across the place as I was perusing the food court and remember seeing this place in Bethesda and wanting to try it out. Overall, the taste was good. I got the bulgogi burger and chili cheese fries. I was expecting gulgogi on top of a burger, not just bulgogi by itself. It ended up being kind of a small sandwich for $ 7. Kinda pricey for what you get. Chili cheese fries were yummy though. The fries were hot and crisp. I was a fatass and got a side of ranch too. Luckily, I didn’t have to wait too long. I will definitely try another actual burger one day and see how I feel. But on taste alone and not price, it was a decent addition to the Montgomery Mall Food Court.

I am writing this as I am eating my dry overcooked burger. Cashier didn’t ask how I wanted my burger cooked so I am assuming they all come out this way. At least the fries were hot and good. For the price, I would rather go to Bobby Burger Palace located in the first floor in the mall. Much better product and almost at the same price point.
