I wish my review was better but I have to be honest. Up until a few days after my job was complete I would have probably rated the company 4 stars. I used a subsidiary company of hallmark windows & siding called next day gutters. I called for an estimate and they came out quickly. After a small discussion I settled on price with the salesman. I was going to replace most of my gutters and install gutter guards on all. I didn’t replace one of the gutters and the downspout that was already on it as it didn’t need replacing (or so I was told) They come out about a week later to start the job. Now keep in mind one of the main reasons I was getting my gutters replaced was due to overflow issues in the front of my house. After they finished, two days later we had a storm. In the one spot that I had overflow before, I STILL had overflow. It was from the part of the old gutters I didn’t replace draining into the new gutter.
Now, my salesman assured me that if I was still having overflow issues call him immediately. Keep in mind, in no way did he warn me that this might still be a problem. I showed him the problem area and he insisted this would take care of it. When I called to explain it didn’t, he told me that I would have to pay 295 dollars for them to come out and replace the downspout they didn’t replace the first time. I said I thought that was high since to buy it at home depot would literally be less than 20 dollars. He said that he agreed it was high but there was no way they would come out for less because thats the minimum for them to come out to a job. I explained that I thought that was a bit odd considering this wasn’t a new job, this is finishing the first job. He told me there was nothing I could do and maybe to call a handyman.
I mean, its just not ok. The reason we were going to replace out gutters was for overflow and thats the one thing they didn’t fix. If it wasn’t for this, I would have rated them higher. The crew was fine, the work was fine, but my this is just ridiculous in my opinion. If you are going to run a business, you finish a job. I would have been willing to pay what this actually was going to cost. I would have even paid 100 dollars, maybe even 150. But 300 dollars to replace literally a 4 foot piece of aluminum is absurd. Especially after I already spent close to 2000 on the original project. So I am going to have to say don’t use this company. Even if they weren’t trying to pull a fast one on me, they still have bad business practice.

Absolutely the best service. Product superb. Installed new windows in entire house. Suggestions perfect and work was fast and great. Don’t use any other company.

They did my windows and siding and it turned out great. Zeke the owner thanked us when the job was complete and since than we have been very happy with the work done. My fiancé had asked them to check on something a few weeks later and they came right out to fix it and that was impressive. Thanks Hallmark we will spread the word for you.
