Elite Invitation: Westfield Montgomery Flights & Bites

MIKE B! Thank you for the invitation to this Westfield’s ‘Flights & Bites’ event. At first I thought this would be an Amazing Race style scavenger hunt, and we would have to run roughshod over prom dates and elderly couples in a race to the finish line for the big prize. The first challenge was to find Mike B, I assumed he would be in the food court, but he was instead at the Nordstrom wing. After I received my passport, my first stop was to Naples Ristorante Pizzeria Bar. The server pointed me over to the table that was reserved for Unilocalers, and most everyone at the table I recognized. We sampled 3 pizzas, and I was supposed to get a sangria, but the poor server kept dropping the tray, smashing all the glasses to the ground. Next was Lobster ME where we sampled a truffle lobster roll. Some Unilocalers got kettle chips and a to-​go box, I got mine in a basket. NOT FAIR. Next stop was MET on the upper level, they were offering a pork belly sandwich. Since I am not crazy about pork, I received a beef tenderloin on a stick. The penultimate stop was Crave, where I ordered from the Flights & Bites menu (Flying Dog IPA and wings{). There I had the pleasure of meeting a couple of Unilocalers who «like» a lot of my check-​ins. Last but not least we went to Bobby’s Burger Palace. Someone suggested the LA Burger, and that was what I was going with until I saw the ingredients for the burger of the month — The Mulberry Burger with Fresh Mozzarella, Basil Ketchup, Fresh Arugula, and Parmesan. How could I pass that up? They had me at mozzarella and arugula. I got it with sweet potato fries and a dark chocolate shake. I did see adult milkshakes, but I already had a sangria and beer, and I didn’t want to overdo it before driving back home. Thanks Mike B for allowing us to sample some great food at the Montgomery Mall!

I was going to write a review… but I saw that Duy already wrote an in-​depth one, and since I was with him and shared pretty much the same experience, I’ll just save myself the time and re-​direct you to his review, lol. Awesome event for sure!

I got to experience a great event one evening which included:
1 Elite
1 Passport
5 Destinations
1 locale
2 Hours
Hmmm, let’s see, 5 destinations in 2 hours. Now the only way to truly experience that was to spend 25 minutes in each location, which was better said than done with my group of 6. The locale was Westfield Montgomery Mall in Bethesda, MD. The destinations included Naples Ristorante Pizzeria Bar, Lobster ME, MET Bethesda, Crave and Bobby’s Burger Palace.
The mission — enjoy 1 flight and 1 bite.
Before anything started, we first had to find Mike B. He said middle of the mall, so I knew he would be near the Apple Store and I was somewhat correct (he was on the lower vs upper level of the mall).
Checked in; Received Passport; Mission accepted.
First stop was Naples (closest location to the middle of the mall): 1 flight — Sangria; 1 bite — Pizza. As I had my first piece of pizza and Sangria on the rocks, which was good, our 1 bite became 3 as we got to taste 3 different topped pizzas. I still can’t believe I had a pizza with mushroom (visible) on it — it was good but I still don’t like mushrooms. Time was ticking…25 minutes became 35 and so we were off to the next stop.
Lobster ME — 1 flight — Soda; 1 bite — Lobster Roll; should soda even be considered a flight… hmmm. Anyways, the lobster roll we got came with chips (I think the chips were given by accident as some others didn’t get chips — I would have shared mine).
3^rd stop MET Bethesda — it was on my way to this, that I discovered I accidentally threw away my Passport. You know what they say… can’t travel anywhere without one, so I did something called speed walking to get back to Mike B (middle of the mall) and then walk back to MET in time as we had a schedule. Whew, I made it back in time to have 1 flight — The Beltway and 1 bite — a mini Pork Belly sandwich with something called Rake… can I say delicious. That was soooo good… the bite, not the flight that is. We then headed off to our next stop.
Crave — at first they seemed a bit confused at the entrance. We kinda, sorta found out what our flight and bite were going to be, but then on our way to getting seated, we were given much better solid choices — a mini menu created just for the Mall’s event to pick any drink listed and any food item. That was not too hard for me to choose 1 flight — Rum Punch and 1 bite — Koji Beef Tacos. The Rum Punch was lacking something, but the tacos were good, but not great.
Lastly, was Bobby’s Burger and we were so glad it was our last. Why you may ask? Our 1 flight was any drink on the menu. Since they have some great milkshakes, I opted for one of their Adult shakes (hey, I am an adult, aren’t I); Our 1 bite was any burger on the menu, and I can’t remember what I tried, but it tasted good. We even got to order an extra item beyond our flight/​bite (fries, onion rings, sweet potato fries or half/​half of each). The only catch for this place was that I had to drink my adult shake in-​house and that was not a problem as it was a great way to end this evening’s adventure, plus we all finished within the 2 hours. Can I say what a great event that was?

This was one of the BEST Unilocal Elite Events I have attended. Great job to Mike for putting this together!
I travel for a living and I eat like it’s my job so this Unilocal adventure was near and dear to my heart by combining the two things I know oh so well. Loved the concept — Around the world to try different tastes with a «passport» that was stamped at each «country». Thank god this took us on an adventure throughout the entire mall, because we all needed the cardio in between stops to alleviate increasingly clogged arteries.
5 Restaurants, 2 Hours. Challenge accepted.
Stop 1: Crave — Crave specializes in abusing chicken. I ordered the highly recommend Lemon Garlic Wings and was informed that the chicken was not only baked, it was also grilled, and then fried. These wings were also on steroids as they were 3x the size of wings one would encounter normally. Also comes with towel service right before the wings are served — you, too, can feel like a princess. The wings were a little lemony for my taste, but still overall good. The not-​so-​spicy Spicy Salmon Roll was on point and the Sangria was also sweet and tangy. Thumbs up for Crave!
Stop 2: Bobby’s Burger Palace — Get the Burger of the Month, the Mulberry Street Burger! You can’t go wrong with it.
Stop 3: Naples — Service was super fast and attentive. Before we even sat down, the dishes started rolling out. First up, the Cauliflower Pizza. Ignoring every red flag that popped up in my head, I took a bite and immediately aborted the mission. Heavy alfredo pizza sauce and handfuls of sour zucchini amongst cauliflour florets — not my cup of tea. Naples was redeemed when the Quattro Formaggi pizza came out. Had to stop myself from eating the entire pizza and calling it a day.
Stop 4: LobsterMe — Starting to die at this point. Stomach is begging for mercy. Need to take a brea — HOLY CRAP WHAT IS THIS GEM. If I had to pick one stop as my favorite, this would be it. Tried the lobster roll slider, no, inhaled the lobster roll slider, and wanted more. Chock full of lobster marinated in a truffle oil sauce between two subtle sweet flavored buns.
Stop 5: Met — I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. We are almost done. Had the pork belly slider which was good, although slider would be a generous term. It was the size of a strawberry. The bartender delivered a drink he named the Beltway (Ask him why — it’s clever), which was an amalgamation of passion fruit, pomegranate, blood orange, and spirits — absolutely delicious.

On the elite calendar, the invite started with «You might want to tell your boss you’re gonna have to leave early next Friday.» I typically work until 6 in Alexandria when the event was scheduled from 5 – 7, so leaving work early was my only option.
As I submitted my PTO, I thought to myself, «I can’t believe I’m using PTO to go to the mall.»
I was unsure of what to expect, but the event was far more than what I was beginning to imagine, and the 2 hours of PTO was definitely well used. 2 sangrias, a boozy milkshake, pizza, sushi, and a burger and fries, and a fun time with other Unilocalers (shout out to Libby) in exchange for 2 hours of PTO? Not a bad deal.
Out of the 5 places we visited, I would want to go back to Naples, MET, and Bobby’s Burger Palace (though not necessarily this location, because the one in DC is much closer to me). I wasn’t really a big fan of Lobster ME. I love Luke’s Lobster way more, so I don’t really think I’d make much of an effort to eat there again. There was nothing particularly wrong with CRAVE. It just didn’t wow me, though I ordered sushi when sushi is never my first choice food, so I would actually probably want to go back and order a burger or something.
I also enjoyed taking pics for the Instagram contest. I am admittedly not the best Unilocaler and don’t normally take pics of my food (I think I take more photos of food I don’t like…), but I’m always up for a photo competition. Not sure who won, but Westfield reposted my photo on their feed, and that’s the next best thing to winning $ 50, right? ;)

This was my first Elite event and I am kicking myself for missing out on all the fun all this time!
Mike did a great job organizing the event — everything was perfect including the check-​in and the awesome deal for us Unilocalers! Other folks at all the places I visited were envious of our Unilocal pass and wanted in on all the fun!
I had time to try out Crave, Naples, MET, and Lobster Me. It was my first time at these places except for Lobster Me.
Lobster Me had a sampler of their lobster slider that was a teenie tiny bit of their usual offering. I have had the same sub before and the taster bite did seem a bit off than the usual times. Maybe a rush job to feed us Unilocalers?
MET Bethesda offered a serving of their drink «The Beltway» and a pork slider in a biscuit that is made in-​house. Both the drink and the slider were very good. The biscuit was Yummy and went perfectly with the pork belly!
Naples — This place just opened a few days ago and they still seem to be having teething issues. The Sangria was good but nothing exceptional. We were told that pizza was on the way but it never showed up and we left after waiting for about 20 minutes. I did see other groups get the same pizza in the mean time — still need to iron out the kinks a bit
Crave — The best tasting that I had during the event. They were serving Sangria and a choice of an appetizer from a special menu created just for us. I ordered the beef sliders to go with the Sangria. Both the sangria and the beef sliders hit the spot. This is one spot that I will most definitely come back for a HH/​dinner. Spent a bit of time here and had to skip Bobby’s Burger place (been there in the past).
Again, an excellent event organized by Unilocal and Mike! Looking forward to the next event :)

Left this event feeling sooo full and happy from all the delicious complimentary foods and drinks.
We started off at Naples and got to try a glass of sweet and crisp mimosas and really good pizza.
Then, the adventure continued at Lobster Me where I got to try the best lobster slider ever. It was buttery and came in a sweet fluffy bread. I seriously wanted to go and order another roll, but my sister stopped me. She said we still had to visit three more places.
Afterwards, we got a spicy salmon roll and tacos from Crave. They gave us a glass of mimosa too!
Then we went to Bobby’s Burger and got to order a whole meal. I ended up taking a bite of everything and taking most of it to go. I got a burger, spiked milkshake, and sweet potato fries.
Last, we went to Met for a pork bun and really delicious blood orange martini. They have a wide selection of martinis and they have a lot of fruit juices at the bar. Really cute and upscale bar.
Loved this event– seriously the best Unilocal event I have been to:)

The amazing food race around Montgomery Mall! The last time I’ve been to Montgomery Mall was during my high school days, and the food court and restaurants have changed SO MUCH since then. I almost couldn’t recognize the food court – so modern.
Anyways, back to the event! It was so much fun! This is a lifetime opportunity to run around the mall within 2 hours to try out five different restaurants. I got to hang out with a seasoned Unilocaler (Ruth C with 10 years of elite Unilocaling experience!) as we strategized our way around the mall to be able to hit up all five locations.
My favorite was Bobby’s Burger Place. I didn’t know a burger could be so good and filling (all those five guys & shake shack burgers now do not compare). I also liked Naples pizza, and it’s beautiful interior with hanging ceiling light molecules balls. I enjoyed the kimchi taco at crave. Would have never guessed this sushi & american restaurant could deliver such an amazing kimchi taco!
Overall, a great Unilocal event, and I loved my new Unilocal sanitizer as the freebie! Definitely came in handy digging into all this great food in Montgomery Mall.

So this was my first elite event. 5 places in 2 hours. Pretty awesome experience! It really showed off how great Montgomoery Mall has become since its renovation! great food! Too much food
First, Naples. We got sangria which was nice, but then the food came. They served up a lemon and cauliflower white pizza. Never had anythign like that before. Some zest, some bitter from the lemon rind, cheesy but light. Excellent start. Then came the risotto balls. Delicious, crunchy outside, solid risotto inside. They were still serving food when we left but we had to move on… no time! (Ambience: casual bright, open, plenty of bar and table space)
So next, Met Bar and Grill. So they have martini’s on tap. Mostly fruity, but pretty cool. They gave us the Corazon Martini, which is a mix of everything. Strong but really sweet drink. Then they gave us this little thing… this litttle delicious, scrumptous, savory thing. Pork belly biscuit with ramps. So tender. Some people asked for seconds. We had to move on… (Ambience: casual /​business casual, cool bar area, friendly bartender)
Third, Lobster Me. They should have done a better job honestly. Basically a soda and a lobster salad slider. Gimme my lump yo… I know you have it.
Fourth, Crave. They basically let you pick from a tasting menu a dish, oh and sangria. We chose the lemon and garlic wings, and the kogi beef tacos. We were so full at this point we couldn’t finish. The Kogi beef tacos were pretty good. Maybe not worth $ 7 for 2, but solid taco. I tried the wings once I got home, pretty solid too! (Ambience: Cooler upscale, less lighting, so can be more intimate, but plenty of areas to socialize. It’s a pretty big space)
Fifth was Bobby’s Burger Palace, which basically gave a free meal. I didn’t make it here. But I’ve had Bobby’s before so no big deal.
Highlights were Naples, Met, and Crave. I’ll be back!

What an awesome event. Thanks, Mike, for hosting, and doing it so splendidly. Booth was easy to find thanks to Mike’s three reminder emails (not making fun, I honestly needed all of the reminders).
The MD burbs Elite team is a group of truly awesome people. I’m a newbie, and everyone I met at this event was awesome.
All of the restaurants that participated in this event were more than gracious to Unilocal eliters. I feel like I ate 5 meals, and I only went to 4 restaurants. It was nice to see how some of them really wanted to showcase their products.
Looking forward to the next event!

Five for the win!. Sips and bites. Some places offered more than bites, like an entire meal! And the sips… They overflowed, some even onto an unfortunate Unilocaler’s backside.
Finding Mike B. was easy. Center of the mall… Snagged my passport from the affable CM, and set off for a culinary adventure with Melinda C. We were bound to run into other Unilocalers, as was the case at our first pitstop: Naples (just three days old). Neapolitan style pizza and a light sangria! We were given two small squares each, but when a crew of Unilocalers arrived, we got whole pizzas; my favorite being the mushroom.
PS#2: LobsterME. Not the best offering if they want to solicit future business. A small lobster slider which was heavy on the mayo and light on the lobster bits. I know what their real lobster rolls are like so I won’t hold this against them.
PS#3: Met Bethesda. Sleek bar. I likey. The drink: The Betheda. Created by the bar manager himself. Not on their regular menu (yet). Not a pork slider consumer, and the manager (?) brought me out some grilled squash in a maple glaze. Yummy, but gotta go! Bookmarked this place for a future visit.
PS#4: Crave. Also a sleek, but dark bar. We had a long wait; poor barkeep had a lot of Unilocaler’s looking for their freebies. We were given a hefty glass of dark red sangria. And we could choose anything off their Flighty Menu. Went for the cheaper, but good avocado rolls. Hit the spot. Might be a future HH destination if I can round up some pals.
PS#5: Bobby’s Burger Palace (BBP). Whole signature burgers AND adult milkshakes?! Yes, for realz! We arrived at end of our destination point close to the gates closing, yet the service was very cordial. Most Unilocalers were getting theirs to go. I was a bit perplexed at what we were suppose to order. I did not get fries or onion rings, but I really didn’t need them at this point. My neighbor was the lucky recipient of my burger choice, the May Special. I gotta say though, I will return for another Kaula milkshake. It was delicious!
Life is sweet when you’re an Elite Jet Setter. This is one Taste I could get use to.

I had a great time. I only went to 3 of the 5 restaurants since I lingered with my friends at the previous locations. I truly had a great time at Crave above all else. The other two places I visited was Bobby’s Burger Palace and Naples.
Crave — I had their Mandras martini and tempura sushi bites. Both were tasty and I enjoyed them. I liked the atmosphere, and having Rich as our bartender was an adventure in itself. He was hilarious, and very attentive. I am only biased by saying that I hate fusion restaurants, and feel that was my only petpeeve… but again I am biased towards my personal view than the overall general population.
Bobby’s Burger Palace — I ordered the turkey burger Philadelphia style with onions, cheese, and sans peppers which is typically included along with sweet potato fries. For my drink I got the frozen cactus pear margarita with a salted rim. I thought the burger was great! I had it today for lunch since I only consumed a small portion at the restaurant itself.
As far as the margarita, my dining partner and I kept getting brain freezes unintentionally even when drinking small sips. If this is a constant problem for you; avoid the margarita.
Service was good as well.
Naples — I realize this place is newly opened, but the rating isn’t wrong as far as that goes. I thought everyone was nice who we interacted with, but server was a little … not … a lot off. One of my friends told me that a server had dropped the serving tray of sangria on her, and she wasn’t too happy about that. She downplayed it, but I would have been pissed if that happened to me.
The pizza was skimpy and didn’t offer much work buying in my opinion. I got a glass of wine which was tasty, but that was probably the highlight of this visit. I wouldn’t catch myself returning here on my own dime. Nonetheless, I am glad I got to experience it regardless of my overall disappointing experience.
I didn’t make it to Lobster Me or Met Bethesda. With time running out, and only having the option for one last place — everyone pointed me to Naples since they offered more than a tasting at their establishment. Lobster Me and Met were offering small bites versus larger portions.
Overall, I think Mike did a solid on this event and I had a great time visiting with familiar Unilocalers and making a couple of new friends along the way. Until next time!

This event was a blast and the 5 restaurants featured were perfect. I don’t think we could have handled any more, especially since we only had two hours. Oh why only two hours?!! After searching the food court for Mike B. and finding little success, I ran into Connie M. who kindly pointed me in the right direction. Yes, I didn’t read the directions thoroughly but I found Mike B. standing there in all his Unilocal glory looking like a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day when all you feel like doing is staying in bed with your remote and a bag of chips! He handed me my passport to food nirvana and I was on my way to grow my ever important and well nourished, food baby! Taking Mike’s advice I headed to BBP but stopped at CRAVE first because I saw it first. I was greeted kindly at the entry and told to take a seat at the bar. I waited. A bartender glanced at me and said, «Someone will be with you in a minute.» Okay, I’ll wait. Tick, tock, tick tock.
Inner monologue while waiting: «I’ve only got two hours and no one has even smiled at me yet or offered me a drink. At this rate I’ll never make it to the other 4 places and it will probably take at least a half hour to finish here. I’m really hungry and ready to get started but I’m kind of feeling, well, not important. Did I spray too much invisible spray on myself before I left the house? I better go.» And go I did. I figured I would go back when maybe they were less busy. Wasn’t crowded but maybe not enough staff on duty yet. I never made it back unfortunately, I ran out of time. Bummer. Sooooo…
I hit up Bobby’s Burger Place and the staff was helpful and all around rock stars and the food had me at hello. Years ago I went to the College Park location, wasn’t impressed and never returned but apparently Bobby Flay must have read my review and did a complete over haul because what I had today, won me over! A crunchified (sp?) brunch burger, medium, nice runny egg and crispy bacon, fries and a pistachio milkshake. Yes, yes and yes!!! Bobby, I’m yours! I was thrilled and I tell you, I will be back, I will!
Next up, LobsterMe. Meh. Cashier looked at my passport, said in her most unenthusiastic, I don’t give a rats butt that you are a Unilocaler voice, «you get a lobster slider and a drink (blank stare), you can have soda or iced tea but not any of the lemonade.» Me: «Okay, I’ll have a root beer!» Her: «(insert silence here).» Got my slider and root beer, sat down, took pic, opened slider, closed slider, took a bite… meh! Next!
Naples: Ahhhh, so good to walk in and see all my Unilocal peeps, festive mood, good food, wasn’t given a fork or offered a drink or a glass to put a drink in but my fingers worked fine and I borrowed Muriel H’s. used glass to pour some sparkling water in that I saw opened on the table. I suppose it was water for the table. They just sat me with the Unilocalers and left me to be taken care of by them even though they were pretty much done with the offerings. I managed to snag a slice of pizza, a few scraps of brussel sprouts and cauliflower and an arancini. They were good. I liked the vibe and décor of this place so I might give it a second glance. Must be that invisible spray though. Remind me to get a refund! Despite this snafu, I’m still happy, I’m still having a good time. Who knew Montgomery Mall could be a great food destination?!
Lastly, Met Bethesda… Loved the bartender, loved the virgin Beltway drink he made me, loved the lovely lady who brought out our pork belly sliders, I think she was the chef. Not sure. But I would return to this place. Yes, I would.
Time is almost up and I had to go. So I got a stamp on all my destinations but unfortunately wasn’t able to actually get anything at CRAVE so, no prize for me. Sad face, sad face, sad face.
This was fun. Great event, great idea that definitely had me taking a second look at Westfield Montgomery for lunch and dinner choices. Thanks to all my fellow Elitist who made this event extra special. And Muriel, no more extra pork belly sliders for you! LOL!

My sister and I had a blast! I have to say this is my favorite Unilocal elite event I have ever been to. (But don’t hold me to that because I feel like I say that about every Unilocal event I go to… But this event was the best ever!)
My sister and I roamed the mall and we ate some food and drank some complementary sips. The Unilocal event was interactive and definitely put us on a food adventure.
I wish I could go back… If only.

YIPPEE! I was really excited to be able to check out Westfield’s ‘Flights & Bites’ — the idea of having a HH/​tasting in a mall was quite intriguing! When we checked-​in with MIKE B., the Unilocalers received a ‘passport.’ This specifically listed the 5 eateries/​restaurants to check out in the mall to try out complimentary bites and sips (!!!)! The group split up into mini groups; my group and I first went to Met Bethesda (Susan, the GM, and Freddy, one of the waitstaff, welcomed us warmly; we were seated up at the bar and enjoyed a unlisted cocktail called ‘The Beltway’ (it was fruity, extremely cold with the ice cubes, and just so tasty!!! We also tried a mini biscuit sandwich with a glazed pork belly that was so yummy: D; Lobster ME (the manager, Roland, stated that we were able to try a lobster slider and get a soda; the lobster slider was underwhelming, as the dinner roll could have been a potato roll; the filling was too watery in consistency and had very little lobster pieces in it); Naples Ristorante (green apple & orange sangria, sparkling water, Neopolitan-​style pepperoni/​sausage and broccoli rabe/​4-​cheese pizza (I personally liked the pepperoni the best, as there were generous slices and it tasted pretty good), arancinis (more on the sweeter side), and roasted cauliflower and Brussels sprouts (really yummy, as the cauliflower was cooked all the way through, and topped with a nice sweet glaze with pine nuts and raisins); Katelyn and Mark, the managers were very accommodating and very sweet and checked up on is constantly!)), CRAVE (we were able to choose a cocktail off of the HH menu; the Kinky Mojito was minty, sweet, and delicious; we shared garlic lemon wings (the skin was good, but the chicken itself was not so flavorful), chicken tenders (disappointing), and Korean-​style tacos (the kimchi relish was pretty okay; the meat tasted very stewed); our server, Lisa, was very sweet and took good care of us!); and, Bobby’s Burger Palace (we were able to choose a whole burger of our choice with a side and shakes; I opted for the Philly and the onion rings; for the drinks, I tried the Cactus Pear Margarita, but it tasted like a tequila slushee; I swapped for a Mint Chocolate Chip milkshake that was yummy and slightly thick)). Even though we were roaming around in groups, we still ran into each other at restaurants. It was a great experience, and I personally thought the food was a great representation of what the restaurants had to offer. My absolute favorite of the night was definitely Met Bethesda, so I’d love to go back and check out their upcoming seasonal menus and more of their delicious drinks! :D The goal was to get all the 5 stamps to receive a gift at the end. I had a super fun time with my fellow Unilocal peeps — THANKS FOR ANOTHER GREAT EVENT, MIKE ;D

5 restaurants 2 hrs — Can you imagine actually having 15 restaurants to go to? This was by far one of my favorite events of all time! Thanks to Annie T. and Connie Y. for the lift (poor girl doesn’t drive) and company — would had missed out big time if it wasn’t for you two!
Naples — white, margarita, mushroom pizzas, and a pitcher of white Sangrias. I made the mistake of going hard on our first stop — 8 slices later, no turning back! Who can say no to ooey, gooey, piping hot, fresh out of the stone oven, yummy goodness?
Lobster Me — lobster slider with house made chips — A little heavy on the mayo and wished the roll was a bit buttery and toasted — not sure what flavor we got but it was tasty!
MET — pork belly slider and the Beltway cocktail — the slider was my fav of the event tasting — the savory, tender, juicy pork belly with a hint of house made BBQ sauce sandwiched between buttery, flakey biscuit — out of the world!
Crave — Kogi beef tacos and lemon garlic wings — The crunchy kimchi slaw and Korean marinated beef rolled up in their soft taco shell — explosion of flavors and texture in every bite! I found the lemon garlic wing to be quite refreshing! There were so many other choices of bites to choose from — Very curious to know what honey sriracha would had tasted like! Guess I just have to return!
Bobby Burger Palace — you can’t be serious — so glad we saved this for last — whole burger, a side, and any shake? Okay if you insist — the May burger special, sweet potato fries with avocado relish, and blueberry, pomegranate shake to go please! Who was I kidding? I somehow found the stomach space to down all the fries and shake before stepping a foot out of the restaurant. They were too good to resist!
What a memorable event — Olympic style sprints across the mall, initiation and ongoing Unilocal bonding, endless laughters at our inner fatties (sometimes I surprise myself at how much I can eat too), the grand production of our epic food babies. Mike, you are beyond amazing.
