History

Established in 1983.

Our get-​it-​done attorneys average over 30 years of legal experience, including rigorous training in nationally leading law schools and nationally prominent law firms. We are «lawyers’ lawyers» providing our services to other law firms as well as to business and individual clients and have received the highest peer review ratings from organizations such as Martindale Hubbell.

We formed this firm so we could practice «lean,» and without the trappings and associated costs of large firms and with the luxury, because we don’t face those costs, of doing it right at relatively affordable rates.

We focus on what we know how to do well and refer on matters outside of our experience so that we can be confident that anyone who calls on us will find the right lawyer for the job they need done.

Mr. Eisen has practiced law for over 35 years in both large and small firm settings, serving the governments of foreign nations, state governments, government agencies, fortune-​500 companies, mid– and small businesses, and a variety of individuals.

Mr. Eisen has received the highest, AV, peer rating under the Martindale Hubbell rating system. Peer Review Ratings attest to a lawyer’s legal ability and professional ethics, and reflect the confidential opinions of members of the Bar and Judiciary.
