Dancing Cat Saloon offers up great food and live music and the Catskill Distilling Company produces NY State Spirits and offers tours, tastings and private and public events. The outside space between the restaurant and the Distillery offers a sculpture park with art from the Stray Cat Gallery across the street. Truly something for everyone. Established in 2010.

NY State Farm Distillery with Tasting, Tours and Sale of our Craft Made on Premises Spirits — Including Peace Vodka, Most Righteous Bourbon and One & Only Buckwheat. Dancing Cat Saloon here on Distillery Site serving locally sourced Up Scale Pub food and Live Music -. We are across from the original 1969 Woodstock Festival Site and the Bethel Woods Performing Arts Center and will soon be offering Bethel Woods Concert day outside picnic style barbecues. Stray Cat Art Gallery provides the art on the Field with an awesome sculpture park. Come visit for a Tour, a Taste — a Great Meal, inside or on the Deck, some Live Music and Local Art ! Business Owner

Musician and married to the the Distiller, Monte Sachs, DVM. One Insurance Agent and One Horse Doctor decided to take advantage of the Farm Distillery law and built one of the first Farm Distilleries in NY State with a restaurant and music venue. Both at the original Woodstock Festival in 1969 and living in White Lake, NY, it was a leap of faith, hard work and lots of passion to get where we are now. A project in motion with Lots of Room for creativity with award winning NY State Spirits & Great Food
