MARTHA IS GREAT!!! BEAUTIFUL WORK!
I brought my wedding dress to Martha and she didn’t just alter it, she recreated it. She even accommodated me on some last minute tweaks the day of pick up! She is patient and super affordable and the price quoted from the beginning never changed. Martha just moved into a brand new storefront, (134 Greenwood Ave, Bethel CT) it is big, bright and beautiful. I will definitely be back, if Martha can give me the wedding dress of my dreams, she can do anything!!!

Martha is amazing!!! She does some of the finest work in the area! She worked on a difficult dress for my sister and it came out beautiful! I trust her and brought her my Lilly Pulitzer! Love her work!!!

Beware! Find another shop! Awful experience! I needed a dress to be hemmed for a friend’s wedding, and was referred here from another business owner in the area. Had a strong musty smell, dark and dingy. Had to wait at least half hr, making appointment doesn’t help– Was not told price until AFTER I already tried the dress on and had it pinned. DOUBLE $$ what I expected! Was not guaranteed it would be ready on time for the wedding either! When I changed my mind, she would not give the dress back unless I paid her $ 10!!! was NOT told of a deposit even if no work was done!!! I felt taken advantage of and swindled! (Maybe she should use the stolen money from customers and have her shop renovated and cleaned) awful! save yourself the trouble GO somewhere else!
