Houck Asphalt Maintenance, Inc

For years my mailbox had been flooded with Houck Asphalt flyers. I decided to give them a chance at a rental property that I own. I called and was told that someone would be out to view the lot and give me a quote within one week. Three weeks go by and nothing. I call the office and ask to speak with someone. I am assured that I will receive a call from someone that afternoon. Absolutely nothing. I email them and tell them I want to give them my business, no response. One final follow up call and I am assured someone would get back to me. Several more days go by and absolutely nothing. They wasted two months of my time and now put me behind. It baffles me that a company that spends money on marketing won t follow up with a customer that wants to give them money. Its not that my parking lot didn t fit their criteria, they NEVER even went out to look at the job.
There are a number of negative reviews on the Net about this company and one posting from the president who claims these are made up reviews. I can assure you my review is not made up and you can contact me to confirm my experience.
