Empire of The Incas Restaurant

We are new in the area. A friend commented that if I liked seafood I would love this restaurant. SO, same day we order take-​out. We tried Ceviche de Pescado and Ceviche de Mariscos (as this last one is a mix of all the ceviches).
1) the service for take out. The guy that received was really nice. Offer bar service or water for me to wait (I went 10 minutes before the time they gave me, didn’t know they have a nice parking so I was expecting to walk or look for parking not at all). He went to the kitchen to let them know I was there and the food was ready in 5 minutes. :) Perfect! — honestly I needed the quiet from the kids at home so it was a good 10 minutes as I took my time to leave–
2) The restaurant. Although I didn’t sit there. I sat at the bar. The restaurant looks really nice an clean, cozy, might be more spacious that I could see but looked nice, definitely Will go back with the kids to make it a little noisy one day because they’ll love the food to (this take out was only for me and my husband).
3) the food. most important part of all. Good! Best Ceviche I had tried since I moved to CT area. We re new to this specific Area but not CT. Love the lime taste, the spicy sauce they give you with it. It was perfectly done and I liked it. Liked more the Pescado (Fish) one than the Mariscos, but both were good that was just my personal opinion :). We asked for 2 but ate 1 and were just fine, we ate half of the other just because it was too good to not try it, and left the rest in the fridge.
I will later someday visit the restaurant and see how the dinning experience goes, but the food is excellent and I know the guy from the bar is really nice. I have no doubt the dining experience there would be also good.

What a find, great and unusual food at an easy price, with easy parking and beers I’ve never seen before. The food was really amazing and so fresh, was my fish caught that day?
We had a huge group of 28 and yet our server kept up and somehow the kitchen kept pace as well, some of the portion sizes were perfect, some were enormous like crazy sized for 5 or 6 people, so ask.
