On Cue Express

I love it, because it’s newer, everything seems to work, and it’s not awful to get in and out of (usually).
I’ve never been into the store, because I avoid convenience shops unless I’m on a road trip and craving something disgusting but sugary.
Anyway, the reasons I knocked this to a 3 star rating is two issues:
1. They used to be «the cheapest gas within a few miles,» but aren’t really anymore. There’s a 7 – 11 south of here that is usually cheaper by a few cents, and another 7 – 11 south-​east a few miles about the same price. Even Homeland’s gas is sometimes cheaper.
2. (This one really irks me) They only display ONE gas price on their sign. Ethanol unleaded. So if you buy premium, or 100% gasoline, etc: you’re driving in there blind and hoping their gas is the cheapest. I, for this reason, often find myself driving in, checking the price, and then driving through to go south to save a few pennies on my way home.
It’s not a big enough difference to drive out of the way for, but I often find myself driving along Rockwell where I can pass Homeland, 7 – 11, and OnCue. So if I check the prices and OnCue isn’t the cheapest, I just hit up the cheaper option on the return trip.
