Meet the Manager

Randy D.

Manager

Over 20 years of experience in the spa industry. I entered the spa industry working for a «Manufacturer» selling direct to the public. I soon learned that the spas I was selling were very low quality… as are most very small «Manufacturers». I started working for a major manufacturer called Cal Spas. It was here that I gained the experiences I needed to become a store owner. I decided that I wanted not only a high quality product that is not overpriced, but great customer service that I was never able to provide working as a Manager at Cal Spas. In 1999, I opened «Spa Depot of Oklahoma» and carried LA Spas, and a line of spas private labeled by LA Spas, called Spa Depot. In 2004, we not only expanded our store, but changed our name to Emerald Springs Inc. to accommodate other products… mainly swimming pools. In 2008, we closed our «old» half of the store, and condensed into the current «New» half to create a leaner, more profitable business.
