History

Established in 1972.

Started as Sea Colony Realty, ResortQuest Real Estate has been a leader in resort real estate since the early 1970s. In mid-​2008, ResortQuest merged with another longtime Sussex County real estate leader — Seacoast Realty — to form the coastal county’s largest real estate brokerage.
