History

Established in 2004.

I came into the mortgage business in 2004 after being a business owner and banker for almost 30 years. My family relocated to the beach in southern Delaware and I joined a local real estate/​mortgage company office in Bethany Beach. In 2007, we expanded my area to include the Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, and Lewes areas.

In 2009, we expanded the business, bringing on Kathleen Barnes to work as my assistant and sales coordinator. Kathleen has supported incredible growth experienced over the past several years.

In 2014, we moved the Jeff Baxter Mortgage Team to Fairway Independent Mortgage and opened an office in Bethany Beach. In 2015, Lori Martin joined out team as a mortgage originator.

We strongly support local businesses and local charitable fundraising efforts and donate $ 100 for every mortgage loan closed to Justin’s Beach House.

Jeff has been a banker, marketer, and business owner for over 30 years. As a mortgage banker since 2003, Jeff works in all the beach markets in southern Delaware and have been a consistent, «go to» lending partner for hundreds of real estate professionals.
