We’ve been here 3 times. We normally love KFC but the Bethalto location does not deliver the quality of food and service we are accustomed to.
They never give condiments like butter and honey, even when specifically asked for.
We won’t go back. A call to the manager did not resolve anything. We still didn’t receive butter or honey in our to go bag for the third time.
