I would love to able to rate A & A on the service they provide unfortunately I can’t do that because they never showed up to do the job they we’re scheduled to do. I had an appointment for them to trim a large oak tree in my front yard. They never appeared. When I called their office I was told that they had another job that ran over. I asked the secretary to call me back at the best time for them. No one ever called me back. I called and left a voice mail at 4pm, but they we’re already closed. I asked them again to call me back if they we’re interested in their customers. No response. Guess I’m looking for someone else that gives a flip about word of mouth.
