If it this website would let me, I would give this doctor no stars.
I made an appointment a week beforehand for 11:30am. The day of the visit I arrived at 11:20am. The exterior of the office looked ugly and worn down, but I was thinking positively and hoping for a really awesome staff, clean interior, and nice doctor.
Well, the staff was nothing special, it was a tiny waiting room with old, brown, wood paneling. The area where the receptionist is seated was cluttered with patient files. There was also a little girl in there about 12 years old occasionally answering the phone (I’m guessing the doctor’s niece or granddaughter).
I filled out my new patient paperwork in 5 minutes and handed it to the receptionist. There were 5 people ahead of me at that time. Every time the doctor was done with one patient she would scream the next one’s name. I was hoping it would go fast, but after reading the Saturday newspaper, skimming 2 Highlights magazines and 2 Times magazines, I realized I had already been there for an hour. There were still three patients in line before me.
I should not have stayed there that long but I was there for an hour and a half when I lost my patience and had my fill of magazines (two people still waiting in line before me). I told the receptionist that there’s no point in making appointments with people if you’re going to make them wait for an hour and a half for more. I told her to shred the paperwork I filled out because I was not going to go back there again. The doctor walked in and I let her know that I didn’t appreciate the long wait to which she said in a semi-​angry Indian accent, «Okay, You go find another doctor then.»
Now, I was never speaking to her in an angry tone or anything. She obviously does not have respect for her patients and does not want your money. So, DON’T GO TO THIS DOCTOR
