The owner is always available to talk when you want but the planners are super and know what they are taking about.
Oh and they provide delicious food and amazing service

I attended an event catered by Sage and had a wonderful experience. The catering staff was helpful and all of the food was hot and flavorful. Also, I did not have to hunt anyone down for food because it was plentiful and I was full from cocktail hour! I was not involved in the planning of the event, but as a participant in the evening, everything went smoothly and the venue was elegantly arranged. I would recommend this company.

I attended a wedding catered by Sage and the service was absolutely awful, the wait staff was inexperienced and DID NOT CARE! Is it really hard to set up a coffee station with cups and hot coffee? The food was okay — if you could get any. The appetizers were scarce, we did not get the dinner that was ordered, wait staff simply placed whatever on table and walked away and then could not be found. I would save your special day for a caterer that truly cares about service and ensures your guests have a good tgime

This review is solely based on their customer service via email. My fiancé and I are in the process of searching for caterers for our wedding. This place received a lot of positive reviews on wedding websites. However, we found them very difficult to work with via email and moved on. They wanted us to have a menu chosen prior to a tasting.
We worked with Dana, who was not very responsive, not very customer service oriented and would ignore our questions for several days at a time. We attempted to work with her for weeks – emailing her our preferred menu options which she «didn’t understand the concept of.» We wanted vegetarian heavy options, a fish and a chicken. It wasn’t a very difficult menu. She would dodge our inquiries. It was like we had to beg her to let Sage cater our wedding!
Anyway, I have no idea what their food/​service is like but you may have to be extremely persistent if you really want to work with Sage. I felt like I needed to cater to her needs instead of the other way around. ;-)

Best service, best food and best staff anyone could ask for on their wedding day!
