Established in 2010.

Lowe & Associates General Contractors, Inc. was founded on building strong client relationships and maintaining open communication throughout the entire renovation process.

Our versatility enables us to work with single property owners all the way to institutional clients, which sets us apart from the rest of the general contractors throughout the Chicagoland area. Some of our recent projects have been in partnership with Chase Bank, Wells Fargo, Fifth Third, Wintrust, and local city and village governments.

Steven L.

Business Owner

As the Founding Partner of Lowe & Associates General Contractors Inc. (LAGC), Steve Lowe has successfully completed numerous renovation projects for condominium associations, property management companies, insurance agencies, banks, and private individuals.

Mr. Lowe has an extensive background in construction and real estate dating back to 2004 where he joined the Encino, CA office of Marcus & Millichap as a commercial real estate broker specializing in multi-​family, office and medical office properties.

Steve is a native of Oak Park, IL and earned his Bachelors of Arts at Loyola University Chicago.
