They REALLY are as good as it gets! It’s family owned and they’ve been in business for 35 years. I bought my first building last year (a 2-​flat) and know absolutely nothing about furnaces or anything house-​related in general. Jim came out for almost 3 hours last Saturday night and was a MASTER surgeon of my furnace. He was very reasonably priced considering it was on a Saturday night and an emergency call because I had some gas leaks and my furnace was not functioning properly. However, me sitting w/​him for that whole time gave me a priceless amount of information about how furnaces and radiators work in general. I feel educated enough to where I may be able to avoid having to call someone next time.
Being a female is really tough sometimes because we’re taken advantage of moreso, but I now know I have an extremely trustworthy heating guy for life in this man! And they do pretty much everything else, so they’re burned into my phone for my next building need.
I can’t recommend him (them) enough — I’m so glad I found them!
