Awful. I went there bc I was concerned my son had an ear infection I was immediately whisked back to a room however after waiting for forty minutes I went out and asked what the delay was. The staff explained the Dr was busy and it would another ten minutes. When I was pushed back to the room I looked at the unlocked opened PC screen and saw the full patient list for that morning yup every clients name, insurance, addresses, and ailment.
Pretty irresponsible to leave your clients information out for other clients if I do say so myself so I mentioned it and to them and they responded like it was no big deal but it is a big deal that’s how people’s identities are stolen.
So anyway under my sons name it simply said waiting for provider yup the Doc wasn’t busy, he was just making sure he was paid before he saw us. Which I guess is fine if that is the way things are done but but don’t lie about it. Well once they got their money, the Doc stepped right in and told me to give him some Benadryl. Really? Biggest waste of time.

I walked in last night at 7:30 pm because I cut my finger and needed stitches, but was turned away because the office was already closing. Despite the fact that posted hours says the office is opened until 8:00 pm, I was turned away and then had to go elsewhere.
I won’t be back. And I told your clerk so.

I have been here 3 times and, my husband twice because they are so quick and good at what they do. They are well staffed and take you right away every time. They perform most tests on the premises and give you a thorough diagnosis and a hard copy of your results. I can’t say enough about the courteous staff. I haven’t taken my 8 yr old daughter yet but I have heard that the sports coaches and staff at Conestoga all recommend them. What a find!

My first impression of doctors best was that the facility was clean and state of the art; the doctors, physicians and nurses were also very friendly. The good review ends here.
My 2 year old son had been complaining of stomach pain for 4 days and we took him here to see what was going on. He was first seen by a physicians assistant who said he probably had the stomach flu. The PA went to ask for the doctors second opinion. The doctor said that since he has no fever, diarrhea, or vomiting, there was no way that he had stomach flu but that he is most likely suffering from constipation. They told me to give him miralax and pediatric suppositories until he stops complaining of stomach pain (assuming that the pain was from backed up stool). I did this, but when my son continued to complain of pain throughout the day, I felt uneasy of their over simplistic diagnosis of constipation and decided to take him to the ER the following day.
After a simple ultrasound, and to my great dismay, I found that he had an intussusception, which a) is common for young babies and toddlers, and b) if left untreated could lead to necrosis of the intestines and even death.
I know doctors usually do their best to make the right diagnosis, but the fact that intussusception was not even brought up as a possibility is very disappointing to me.
In summary:
1) disappointment with physicians assistant for diagnosing him with stomach flu when he did not show any symptoms of stomach flu
2) disappointment with doctor for concluding that it was simply constipation with no mention of the possibility of something more serious.
If I had not second guessed their diagnosis and gone to the ER, my son would be in grave danger. If your child is experiencing pain that does not have an obvious reason, go to a hospital that has the equipment and staff to make the right diagnosis and treatment.

Strongly recommend Dr. Winkley’s office! Needed to see a doctor this past Saturday and I happened to pick his office. (Had called my on call primary who rec. ER but I did not want to deal with that hassle) While there was a short wait, I was immediately taken back to an examination room and went through the intake process with the nurse. Facility was extremely clean and well kept. When the doctor came in, he did not rush (as my primary often does). He took his time, answered questions and repeated himself when necessary. At the end of my visit, he mentioned calling me for a follow up and I reeceived three calls, one at their opening time the next day (Sunday), one at their close time that same day, and another follow up Monday morning. Each person that I spoke to knew my situation and was very helpful. The entire process was easy and I felt well taken care of.

Excellent experience with Doctor’s Best, I strongly recommend this option for non life threatening medical conditions!
My 15 year old son was brought straight back to an examination room where our medical tech quickly took our registration info in an exceptionally clean and well equipped room. Our PA was pleasant, thorough with her medical assessment and listened to everything we had to say. Dr. Winkley has great bedside manner and made my son feel as comfortable as possible at all times. His medical credentials were top notch. He ordered several tests and explained why each was necessary to my wife and I as he systematically made his diagnosis. The entire team genuinely cared for my son and made the entire experience as pleasant as possible.
I was nervous, as this was my first trip to an urgent care facility. This is absolutely the way to go to avoid a lengthy, traumatic and very expensive trip to the ER! The level of care was excellent and I would go back without any reservations.

The main perks are that it’s open on the weekends and my insurance would cover most of the visit and whatever it entailed. Otherwise, my primary care doctor is open until 8 on week nights like these guys so I don’t need them during those times. They need to extend their hours, especially during the weekends. Also, if you have an emergency at night, the parking lot will be empty and very accessible and Lancaster Ave will be empty and easy to drive through.

Had the best experience here. This is the most efficient and well run doctor office I’ve ever experienced. Seriously considering making this my primary care center because they accept my insurance.
