Horrible! They do not want ANY children in the office so if youre a stay at home mom with no support and need to take the baby with you you’re out of luck! They didn’t say anything to me in the beginning but I definitely got dirty looks/​stares from the staff when I brought my 1yr old with me (in a small stroller). Also now that I’m 5 weeks away from giving birth they called to say that «due to flue season, NO children are allowed in the office». And when I told them I will not be able to come again (at all) because I don’t have a babysitter, they said they would speak to the manager and call me back. When they called she said that the rule is very strict, and that they wouldn’t even refer me to another ob because its a «liability». SERIOUSLY they are putting a basically 9mo pregnant woman out to find new prenatal care a few WEEKS before the due date?! This office has absolutely no regard for anyone but themselves! And all the others are spot on that it takes forever to get an appt, or for them to answer the phone. Worst obgyn ever!!! STAY AWAY

. I have been seeing Dr. Simmons for a year (or when she is available b/​c he is only in the Silver Spring office on Thursdays). On other days of the week I see Dr. Campbell in the Silver Spring office.
Front desk staff is nasty and clearly underpaid. They speak loudly in the background when trying to make an appt. and are constantly asking you to repeat yourself, then sigh when you talk loudly to compensate. They never return calls when they say they will. Twice I had a set time for a return call and never got one. When I called back, they couldn’t help me and didn’t remember the inquiry.
They charge a ton of fees above insurance for forms. I have waited over 1.5 hours to see a Dr. for 15 minutes w/​a scheduled appt. It often takes up to 3 days to a week to get an appointment for yeast infection, bacterial vaginosis, pelvic inflammatory disease (which could leave you infertile). The Dr.‘s just don’t care and will never communicate with a patient directly, they route you through the incompetent front desk staff.
If you want your insurance to pay for subpar care and feel like an abused puppy in a mill for the most sensitive of women’s care, by all means, make an appt.
