I don’t understand how a phone store doesn’t have phones in stock to sell. I’ve been there a few times over the past year, and every time they always have to order the phone. How they stay in business is beyond me. The sales guy Brian is always nice and apologetic but that doesn’t get my business. I went to another store and got my phone on site. The owner should really consider having phones in Stock and they might sell more. Maybe when my son gets his upgrade in June they will have phones in stock, if I go back

Although I believe in supporting local businesses, the Morristown location is one to pass on. When I returned to the store to pick up the IPhone that I ordered and received a call that it was in, I was told that my phone could not be found. The rep then proceeded to take a customer call leaving me not knowing what was going on. I interrupted his conversation and asked what I should be doing and whether I should leave and he said «yes, we’ll call you when we find your phone». Two days later I called and explained the situation to another rep who placed me on hold then returned to say that they had a black one in the back; unfortunately, I ordered a silver one. When I asked if anyone was concerned that my order was «dropped» and that there was no follow-​up, he seemed unfazed. Perhaps the Finishin Touch portion of the business is their focus; individual cellular phone service is not!
