I ordered a deluxe thin crust pizza from this Pizza 9 location. Evidently, they are unaware that thin crust pizza is supposed to be crunchy, not just a thinner crust of the same type of dough as deep dish pizza. And the taste– well, there was none. It was like eating cardboard. I doubt, being from Chicago, that I’ll do much better anywhere else in this area.

Absolutely delish deep dish pizza and wings. Fresh, hot and plenty of toppings. A little higher priced than we’re used to paying, but we’re visiting from the Midwest and not used to bigger city prices lol. That is the only reason we rated it a 4 and not 5 stars. Friendly fast service too.

If you like real pizza, then this place is not for you. Their pizzas are the embodiment of processed cheese and canned sauce with a floppy crust, and somehow takes 30 minutes to bake.

Pizza 9 touts itself as a Chicago syle restaurant. Well, having lived in the windy city for six years, I can assure you that… maybe they’re right. What is Chicago style? Well if you’ve spent some time there, you know it includes all different styles of pizza. Pizza 9 also had Italian Beef and some other staples.
I’m not sure how authentic any of that stuff is, and we just got a thin crust cheese pizza and a salad. It was all just fine. The pizza crust was flaky and unlike anything I’d ever had before. Pretty good overall, really. Staff was friendly too.

Awesome awesome pizza! The owner was awesome enough to give us a small personal chicken Alfredo pizza so so yummy!!! They even had us purchase 2 liters so we didn’t have to buy the bigger cups for our group of 15! Super nice and super fast! Quality is 10⁄10!!! Thank you!!!

Pizza is not any better than Pizza Hut which I also avoid, but pricier. They’ve messed up my deliveries twice and take longer than they quote. I may go back but just for their delicious Tiramisu, which is their only redeeming menu item.
