I was at work one random Friday, my neck and shoulder were killing me and I knew I couldn’t make it through the weekend without getting it taken care of. The problem was I didn’t get off work until 6 and everything around me closed at 6 or sooner. I found Depativo Chiropractic through a google search and they take my insurance so I called and they were able to take me in at 7pm.
To be completely honest, when I got there for my 7pm appointment, I was very unpleasant. Ok, I was downright miserable and the lady running the reception as well as the Chiropractor himself were both lovely. They took me right in, consultation, snap snap, crack, rub and bang — done. In and out. The following morning I couldn’t get over how good I felt. All of the pain was gone, all of it!
Since that first visit I have gone back weekly, not because I have had additional issues but because my neck and shoulder feel so much better after. Each and every time they are pleasant and accomodating. The last visit I had to call them to say I would be 10 minutes late, their reply … «no problem». They could not be any nicer if they tried. Huge round of applause for their late evening hours.
The building they are in is really old and a little startling when you first walk in. I wish they would throw out some of those fake flowers and maybe do a lobby refresh. But it is the quality of the care that matters not the building in which it is rendered right?
