When I first moved here to MI this service station was right next to where I bowled, so I went there for oil changes and basic things. I was never told there was extra work to be done… they were always honest with me and even when they gave me a quote to fix my brakes… they stuck to it. Very happy to go there and I feel safe driving my car away from there knowing it was taken care of by someone who takes pride in his business and work. Very pleased!!!

Brought my Mazda here for a wheel bearing on Monday morning, and Jim had it fixed the same day. This was a wheel bearing I’d had replaced just 19,000 miles ago at a different shop in Florida. When asked about what caused this premature failure, he said he couldn’t find anything conclusive, but he did promise to do better than simply charge me to do it again if this new bearing also failed. I’ll take an honest answer and a personal guarantee on workmanship over the BS a Mazda dealship tried to give me for the same issue [1].

I was definitely lucky to find this place when my car wouldn’t start soon after moving here. I was expecting alternator or some crazy electrical BS after driving cross country. Well he could have take advantage of me but didn’t. He showed me what the problem was which was some stupid plastic piece. Short story is, he crafted one fixed it and only charged me a minimal amount. Very honest family run business. Lets just say I would feel safe to let my wife take the car down to get fixed knowing he wouldn’t try to rip her off. Highly reccommend.
