Description

Specialties

Selling or purchasing real estate touches almost every aspect of your life, so it’s important that you have the right Realtor. When you choose me, you are hiring a professional who listens deeply, who is committed to outstanding results and your interests at all times, and who always performs according to ethical principles.

My client relationships are based on the expectation of a lifetime of mutual trust. We will have open communication, and I will tell you what you need to know even if I suspect you do not want to hear it. My advice will be based on contextually appropriate data, sound analysis, and frequent discussion that together provide you with the information you need to make the best possible decisions.

I will be your zealous advocate in a business endeavor that is also highly personal. It goes without saying that we will operate with the highest level of discretion and mutual integrity, respect, and responsiveness at all times.

History

Established in 2003.

I entered the real estate profession in January 2003, and have helped scores of clients purchase single family residences, condominiums, townhomes, and multi-unit properties in Berkeley, Oakland and surrounding communities.

Prior to real estate, I worked as a health plan representative and employee benefits consultant to all kinds of firms and non-profit agencies, from the smallest two-person start up to Fortune 500 companies.

Meet the Business Owner

Todd A.

Business Owner

The East Bay has been my home for over 20 years. I currently live in North Berkeley with my 13-year old son and 11-year old daughter, who attended Jefferson Elementary, and now attend MLK Middle School. Born and raised in Iowa, where I acquired the principles that still guide me today, I later graduated from Harvard on grants, loans, and work-study income. Afterward, in search of adventure, I took my roommate’s advice and moved to the Bay Area.
